  Great experience at pick up and drop off! Skip the counter at baggage claim and head right to garage across from the exit. 2026 SUV, not one issue.

  Car was not available (even though I notified the rental location twice that my flight was late. I was told It would not be problem keeping the car until i arrive as it was all paid and reserved. Not to worry.) But they lied and the car type was not available with no suitable alternative. I had to pick a larger car (while it is just for 1 person!!), which was more suitable for overweight people or a large family, that definitely did not match my travelplans and cost more fuel. I was stuck with this car for a week and it was terrible. The windows did not turn black sufficiently so my luggage was visible everywhere I parked. Incl the trailheads in the mountains. I had to buy a security device to notify my on my phone when someone tried to get into the car (which happened twice) It ruined my vacation. I had to spend more money on fuel so I skipped a few trips because of it. I've always rented with Alamo and this is the second bad experience I've had in Tennessee. I cancelled the following Alamo rental reservations and made arrangements with local folks for my next trip. A lot cheaper and helps the locals (as long as you have your own travel insurance)

  Dejé mi tablet por error en el vehículo rentado. Luego de que hice la reclamación, hubo un tiempo de espera de algunas 40 horas. Susan Jones me contactó e hice los arreglos para que mi tablet fuera devuelta a mi. Estoy en el proceso de espera para que la tablet me llega. Agradezco mucho la gestión de parte de Susan. Gracias.

  We had a reservation for 10 PM they weren’t supposed to close till midnight when we got there at 11 they were closed and staff was gone rude as hell messed all our plans up extremely disappointed none the less it says I could pay with debit card but when I get there a credit card was required unprofessional and misleading information very disappointed and I been dealing with enterprise for years that just forfeited my business with them

  We had to do a maintenance required switch mid trip, took 50 minutes. Asked to have some type of car but not the exact one since we had to stop 2x already for maintenance issues with the vehicle over 6 days. Gave us the same Pacifica, kept locking car while getting stuff out, and new car is dirty.
