  Unfortunately we had a flat tire because of a screw after driving back from the Devil's Tower. After we called a mechanic to change to the spare tire we drove back to Spearfish, it was only a few miles. Malachi (?) took the additional cost off of our bill, and we got the tire changed quickly at some repair place in Spearfish. Lost three hours but at least no additional money. Afterwards we were able continue to other places we wanted to visit. Thank you

  The manager at the Spearfish location was so helpful. I was having such a rough day and his calming presence and customer service were beyond reproach. Thank you for enhancing my Sturgis trip. Would definitely recommend this location. To anyone.

  Malachi the manager trainee there is the sweetest person and was so helpful. Got into a wreck with wildlife and the location closer is an airport so no vehicles. Initially there were no cars at the location but one was being returned later so he booked me for that one right away. Small compact nothing fancy car. He made the stressful process seamless, fast and most importantly simple. When the return was due he was so helpful getting it situated and back. Honestly i would highly recommend this location just because of him. Sometimes a sweet, kind and friendly face and smile helps when things are going so wrong elsewhere. I definitely would/will rent from him again if need be in the future and really recommend this place just because of malachi. I hope the company sees this and recognizes what a wonderful employee they have!

  We are from MN on our way to Idaho for a wedding, stopped for a few nights in Hill City. We rented an Equinox from our local Enterprise, however it was having issues with the transmission. We stopped at 2 other locations and didn’t have any luck. We stopped at this location and Katie was incredible. We explained our situation and she switched us into a Wrangler seamlessly. While we were transferring our suitcases, she switched the paperwork and came out with the keys and sent us on our way! The whole process was very calming and she provided us with a huge sense of relief, knowing we can finish our vacation in a reliable vehicle.
