- KCKaitlin CarrAug 22, 20265.0Everyone there was very friendly, they explained everything in detail, I didn't feel pressured to buy a bunch of extras, etc. Whether they were directly servicing my car or not they genuinely looked happy to be there and I never felt like they were just trying to get me out of there quick. There were some services that I wasn't sure on and wanted to check with my husband on and one of the techs generously printed out a sheet of what services they recommended, why it was important, and how much it would cost so I could take it home - again, with no pressure on me. They weren't just out to make a sale - they simply laid out the facts and let me decide everything with no judgment. Would definitely go there again.

They stripped my fuel filter housing nut and blamed it on the dealership that changed it last time. Not sure what that’s going to cost me to get fixed. They dropped a screw for my air filter box and did not even try to find it, now I’m missing a screw. Too bad I had to give one star cause I would not have given the any. Very disappointed with the service I got and will not be returning.
