  Tech was very friendly was professional and knowledgeable. Every detail related to my service was explained to me and I was told cost prior to doing any work. Took as long as expected and will return for my next service.

  It was the first time my 16 year old daughter needed an oil change. I went along with her incase she had questions. The staff did a great job breaking down their questions so I didn’t need to explain it to her. They were patient as she made decisions about her car and had it completed timely.

  Stopped in for an oil change yesterday. First time at that location. The service technician showed me a dirty air filter and offered to replace it for me. I declined as it's an easy thing to do it myself. Today I checked the air filter and it's clean. I also checked my truck and it's clean - I replaced them at the same time last summer. The filter he showed me DID NOT come from my vehicle! This is dishonesty at the lowest level. I'll never go there again.
