  Two strikes, same location, same playbook, and still no accountability. We scheduled a windshield replacement and calibration for our Honda Pilot. We received multiple confirmation texts and emails explicitly stating "replacement". We drove 20 minutes to the location, dropped the car off, and arranged a ride home. Once home, they then called to tell us they didn't have the glass. When we pushed for an explanation, they claimed the work order had been entered as a repair instead of a replacement and implied it was our fault for entering the workorder incorrectly. We didn't enter anything. Every confirmation we have says replacement. They were completely unapologetic. We asked to speak to a manager. We were told there was no manager working that day. We asked for a callback. The employee told us they had already tried calling but got voicemail — as if that closes the loop. Not only did I never hear back that day, the manager never did return my call. This cost us a camping weekend we had planned around this appointment. We got up early, made two round trips, and got nothing but deflection. This is the second time this has happened at this exact location with a different vehicle. Same outcome both times: no accountability, no effort to make it right. Also, the location is not great. I don't feel comfortable sending my wife here alone. Random people walking through their tiny parking lot. Also broken glass all over the place. Bushes/shrubs that were growing through the asphalt that had been killed, but never removed. Not a nice place. My insurance said I would need to pay the difference if I took my vehicle somewhere other than Safelite. Next time I will happily pay the difference to take my vehicle elsewhere. It isn't even the fact that they messed up and cost me my camping weekend. The part that makes me angry is that there was ZERO accountability or empathy. No apology. No statement of understanding why I was frustrated. They just acted like it was my fault and they weren't going to do anything to correct it.

  Gavin communicated well, was timely, and did a great job. I made the appointment online with little to no effort and really didn't have to do anything extra to prepare for the work.

  I had a great experience with Luke from Safelite. He replaced my front windshield and did an excellent job—professional, on time, and very knowledgeable. The installation was quick and clean, and everything looks perfect.

  Safelite service was amazing start to finish. I loved I could stay home and they came to me. The service technician Abraham was professional and respectful. My new windshield is perfect as well as the calibration of the cameras. Would recommend Safelite and Abraham to everyone.
