  I tried doing business with several dealerships before, but they wouldn't return my calls or respond to my text messages. It was frustrating, and I couldn't understand why. Then I found Next 2 New, and they helped me get the best deal and drive home the car I wanted. Their team was professional, honest, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They truly know what they're doing. I highly recommend Next 2 New to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!

  Amazing!!!!!! Kelly, Josh, and Ted helped us out tremendously!!!! Wasn't really in the market for a newer suv bit under the sercumtances that is what happened and they treated us amazing. We have been customers of Next 2 New for over 10 years. So I appreciate everything they have done for us!!!!!!! Thanks Next 2 New

  The little dealership that can! What a great place and easy, no pressure place, at least for me. But, with the front staff being awesome, I want to especially thank the guys in the back. And, really to the dealership because they don’t sell junk. Not only was the detailing great (like new) but they did the oil change, they showed receipts, like an alignment that was completed. To me, it shows they took the time to really sell a great car at a good price and they care about their reputation! So, thanks guys in the back. I noticed.

  If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. This is hands down the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. They talk a big game about being honest and taking care of their customers, but my experience was the complete opposite. My elderly father bought a truck from them believing he was getting a good deal. Within 24 hours, the transmission failed, and we started discovering multiple other issues that should have been caught before the vehicle was sold. They promised to make things right, but all we got were excuses, empty promises, and the runaround. Every conversation felt like another attempt to avoid taking responsibility. If you're looking for a dealership that stands behind what they sell, keep driving. There are plenty of other places in South Dakota that deserve your business more than this one. And here's my biggest warning: If your elderly parents or grandparents are shopping for a vehicle, do not let them go here alone. Based on what happened to my family, I would strongly encourage anyone to be present and ask lots of questions. In my opinion, this dealership cares far more about making a sale than treating people fairly. We'll let the courts sort out the rest.
