She was nice, friendly and very helpful. Great service from her from start to finish. Quick check in and check out so convenient. Car was new and clean. Will use this location for future trips to FSD. Please see her for a great experience on rentals.

If your flight gets in within 2 hours of closing, even if customer service confirms over the phone that the reps will be there to get you your car, don't trust them or book with them. They leave before all the flights are in for the night. I work in SD or NE monthly and will never support this branch again. Omaha Airport has been a much more reliable branch. Use Omaha or literally any other city instead if possible...

From the moment I walked in, Shahad was kind, caring, professional, and incredibly accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of, answered all of my questions with patience, and made what could have been a stressful experience completely seamless. It genuinely felt like she cared about helping me, not just doing her job. In a time when exceptional customer service can be hard to find, Shahad completely restored my faith in it.
