  I can't say enough great things about my experience at Enterprise, and it's all because of Shahad. She is, without a doubt, the best customer service representative I've ever had the pleasure of working with. From the moment I walked in, Shahad was kind, caring, professional, and incredibly accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of, answered all of my questions with patience, and made what could have been a stressful experience completely seamless. It genuinely felt like she cared about helping me, not just doing her job. In a time when exceptional customer service can be hard to find, Shahad completely restored my faith in it. Her dedication, positive attitude, and willingness to help with absolutely everything made a lasting impression on me. Because of Shahad, I will be renting from Enterprise from now on. Employees like her are the reason customers keep coming back, and she deserves to be recognized for the incredible work she does. Thank you, Shahad, for making this such an outstanding experience, you are truly one of a kind!

  You have a hidden gem working for your company who made our vacation so memorial! Shahad at the Sioux Falls airport location was an absolute blessing for our family! We got the privilege of meeting her at pick up as well as being remembered and welcomed back when we dropped off our rental. Her smile, kind heart and charm was such a beautiful way to start and end our stay in South Dakota. It was the end of the day and the other agents were not friendly or personable, coming off as sterile, stereotypical sales agents, not even a friendly hello, meanwhile Shahad had her hands full helping several customers and still keeping a warm smile on her face and gave us not only great service but the midwestern welcome I love to come home to! Thank you Shahad for being such a wonderful , experience, leaving us with a fond memory and the influence to come rent again on our next trip, just to see you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ !!!

  This location overcharged me by $30, said in person that they would correct the issue, but ghosted me when I followed up because the issue was not corrected. I called three separate times and left messages but received no response. The overcharge resulted from their experiencing a system error when I returned the vehicle. Despite my confirmation of the reservation pickup and drop-off location both being in Sioux Falls, their system showed an incorrect return location (in Ohio??) and I was fined $30 for returning the vehicle in Sioux Falls (which is where I had put the reserved the return location). Despite the error being entirely theirs, they refused to refund the $30. I used to prefer renting from Enterprise, but now will be using another company for future rental vehicles.
