  Shaun was the worse person i have ever dealt with since being a customer with enterprise and he has totally made me reconsider ever using this company again never used 41st street location before always been western and 12th the they have always been amazing to deal with so with having to deal with not being contacted back and then making it seem like it was me not getting back to him was ridiculous never had such unprofessional experience anywhere

  They don’t have enough cars to cover the reservations the make online, I called ahead time to make sure the car was ready and when I got there they say the don’t have enough cars and they overbooked over 30 people… worst nightmare on emergency days… really don’t understand how a big company like this can have such mistakes. If you’re renting cars you suppose to have enough… cars?

  I recently had to rent a vehicle from Enterprise due to an accident I was in. I worked with Sean and I wanted to let you know he was so amazing. He was attentive, patient, listened to what my concern was as I had to rent a larger vehicle than I was comfortable driving, and allowed me to switch it and made sure I was taken care of. Literally the best customer service experience I have had in a very long time.
