  If I could give this place a 0 star just due to Shawn and his sketchy ways i would. I was never told that the deposit was $300, no biggie, i knew there would be one...but i also wasn't told that I would need to verify my address with documentation, even though its on my license, and then I was told that it was credit card only, THEN after my boyfriend confronted him he decided I can use my debit card but would still need to verify my address. I have rented cars and NEVER ONCE had to go through the hoops this guy Shawn has out. He has a really bad egotistical attitude as well. I will never use 41st enterprise again, or any enterprise for that matter.

  Renters Beware!!! If I could give this place zero stars I sure would. Be careful when renting from them at this location. My last rental had an expired registration. The vehicle through an oil code 3/4 in my trip. They are not keeping the vehicles on maintenance schedules at all. The 1st one they tried to put me in had a check engine light. I made my reservation over 2 weeks in advance and when I arrived they didn't even have the right vehicle for me as I had ordered. Oh and the manager of this place will take nearly a week to call you back with any issues that you may have.

Special shoutout to three people who have repeatedly treated me right: Sean: Professional, patient, and great at explaining options without any pressure and helps with last-minute changes,. Zion: Always upbeat and attentive, quick to get me on the road, and diligent about ensuring the car fits my needs and he makes check-in and checkout smooth and hassle-free. Madysen: Exceptionally organized and proactive—keeps me updated and goes the extra mile to solve problems. Highlights from my experiences: Fast, friendly service and clear communication Clean, well-maintained cars with the features I requested Fair, transparent pricing—no surprises Flexibility when plans change and thoughtful recommendations After a year of steady rentals, I can say this location truly values its customers.
