  I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise during an already stressful time. I was involved in a car accident, my vehicle was declared a total loss, and insurance through American Family covered a rental. Before arriving, I was told that the daily protection coverage would be covered by American Family and that I would receive a refund for my deposit and the first day's payment. However, when I arrived, the employee tried to charge me for the daily coverage anyway. When I explained what I had previously been told, he admitted he wasn't aware of those arrangements and said he would contact American Family to get everything corrected. Despite assuring me he would fix the issue, my account was charged anyway. It's incredibly frustrating to have unexpected charges hit my account while I'm already dealing with the stress of losing my vehicle and navigating an insurance claim. A little communication between employees could have prevented this entire situation. Customers shouldn't have to pay for internal miscommunication, especially during difficult circumstances. I expected better service and accountability from Enterprise.

  Shout out to everybody at the 12th Street Enterprise you guys are amazing z, Maddie,Jackson all of you guys! These guys have gone above and beyond every time I rent from them. they always are very helpful and recently I had a big issue at another store and it was very stressful for me and it was very unexpected I'm considering I always deal with these guys and they do such a great job, well at this other location it wasn't so much, but everybody at the 12th Street location had my back and make sure that everything was taken care of how it should have been and I really appreciate it thank you so much.

  They called me an hour before my reservation pickup said no vehicles, they made no effort until I got here to get a vehicle from another store so now running to that one and we'll see if vehicle is there, nothing like wasting my time because the branch manager Jackson was too lazy to make 2 phone calls in the hour they called me about their poor inventory management. As a military veteran and former natural disaster first responder I have had lots of rentals none as unprofessional as this and manager didn't even look like he wanted to be there or do his job
