  The staffs are all friendly and helpful. I just wish the pick-up & drop-off location is located at the airport. I had to take Lyft to the rental lot, though it's within 10 mins drive to sioux falls regional airport. One tiny thing - event though the staff had cleaned my car, I still notice visible dirt between doors and the base of the car frame; the interior cleaniness was perfect. No compliant for local driving - I rented a blue Buick SUV, great for 2 people with 2 carry-on.

  Staff was awesome, car was great, can't ask for much more. Would rent again. Scrolling through, most one star reviews are because people don't understand how to rent a car or something else that's their fault. These guys rock.

  I was grateful for the exceptional service and overall positive experience with my rental at Enterprise! Between the inconsistent communication and information coming from the insurance companies and auto body shop, coupled with the ever-changing timeline for completion of the repair to my personal vehicle, Enterprise were the only ones I could rely on for timely-replies to my questions and were always helpful. What started as a week long rental turned into 3 and the team at Enterprise were great to work with the entire time! I would definitely recommend you book your next rental through them!

  Our Lexus RX was in the body shop and the paying insurance company selected Enterprise for our replacement vehicle. We started off with a large Jeep suv that left me feeling uncomfortable with while behind the wheel as well as some type of white water runoff staining on the windshield that was annoying to see thru. The Enterprise facility was somewhat accommodating in finding us a better alternative vehicle though we had to wait a few days. The next vehicle was a major step down into a Mazda CX5 that the wife and I both felt smelled like someone had been smoking pot inside of. The smell was strong whenever we would first get in and then acclimate to over time. No fault of Enterprise for not replacing this vehicle for us because we didn't inform them until we returned it but, the smell was so strong and you could tell they tried to mask it with air freshener, it should have never left their lot in this condition. They were kind enough though to toss another absolutely no smoking in this vehicle or be charged a $250 cleaning fee card in the open center console. We didn't like the Mazda suv but felt we only had to tolerate it for just over a week so why complain again and go through the hassel. Also, after a week later from returning the vehicle we have not been refunded our $50 deposit so now I have to waste time to track that issue with them. No, I really doubt that I would select Enterprise for my next rental vehicle.

  We were supposed to have a car ready for us at 7:30am. Upon arrival they told us our car was not available yet. We returned to their location 2 more times before it was finally available at noon, at which point they decided to throw on a fee for $145 to add a driver. When I balked because it was never discussed before and asked if a manager was available as it was 5 hours after we were supposed to pick up the car for a 9 hour drive anyways, Then now we are adding hidden fees, so I wanted a manager. the guy Jackson informed me that he was the branch manager, and that he reports to no boss, no regional manager, or anyone. And any complaint I have can be filed with himself, when pressed again about the manager he then refused to rent us the car at all. The whole time we were waiting the employees were all playing basketball on a hoop in the office, so its awesome they were so busy that our car couldn't be ready until 5 hours later, also, there were a dozen cars we could have taken on the lot, so I dont know why we couldn't have a car for over 5 hours.
