  First told me they could get my camper ready in a week and when I drop it off they said 3-4 weeks. Took it to another place that got it right in. While there I found out that Camping World had charged me almost $600 for work that was never completed. We’re supposed to seal the roof and did not. Fortunately I didn’t receive any water damage before it was discovered. Called them to report the work not being completed and John was snide about it asking “who said we didn’t do it?” I told him Dave at another RV repair shop told me and showed me that the work needed to be done and showed me photos of clearly old sealant where it should have been sealed. John starts laughing at me on the phone about Dave, as he used to work at Camping World, and basically alluded that Dave was lying. Very disrespectful. I used to defend CW to others that said they will never go there but now I understand. Never will I go there again.

  First time camper owner, Chris was our man. He took us out to what we were looking at online, pictures can be deceiving, definitely have an idea of what you want or can pull. He took us to one in our budget covered the needs and even covered some wants. Adam was the man finalizing the deal we agreed on, they offered extras but did not push anything I wasn't interested in or didn't need. They set me up 100% out the door with basics needed to make a camper experience enjoyable at a good price with a peace of mind. The rest of the team that gave it quick wash, final inspection, and walked me through all the features and amenities it offered were very knowledgeable and clear on operations, what to watch for, and routine inspections before and after use. I would recommend this team!

  Salesman Cole Kluthe and Brandon and the service team at Camping World in Sioux Falls did a fantastic job of making an out of state sale go well. Cole did an excellent walk through of the camper over FaceTime and was very good at communicating throughout the entire sales process. Brandon handled the sales/service process once we got to Camping World. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Brandon went above and beyond to help the sales process go smoothly. The member of the service team that did our walkthrough was thorough and professional. If you are interested in a camper at Camping World in Sioux Falls Brandon and Cole are both excellent to work with. As a side note if you bring your family along there are coloring sheets and activities for the kids. There is also popcorn and drinks available in the waiting area and a large selection of camping accessories and necessities. It is a good idea to schedule an appointment during peak times as this is a busy dealership.
