  First of all don't bother. Their phone line is automated, noway to get ahold of anyone there. There was No one at the front desk. Rang the bell, no one. Went around to the back all clueless because you cant miss the drop box sticker(front window) We were on time, and the tech was rude, and lied about sitting up front when we arrived. They refused to service the car because we were late. We were not late, heck we drove over 80miles for this appt. Just overall bad customer service. Go to Elite Auto and Glass! U actually get help!!! Im glad I didnt pre-pay online, what a bust. Save your insurance, Save your money and time. This facility reeks with unprofessionalism. Lost my trust! And business.

  We showed up on time waited for someone to check us in. No one showed ever showed up. I barely had my vehicle towed to the city and drove it there. It was 15min me of walking to find help , with my 8month old to take the keys and only got confronted with very RUDE MALE N FEMALE 😒 workers that told us to leave. We showed up to a over crowded place that apparently doesnt want business. WE GOT TURNED AWAY IN THE HEAT... WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH SAFELITE ON DEADWOOD AVE. ALSO IF U WANT A COMFORTABLE, AFFORDABLE FRIENDLY AUTOGLASS REPAIR. GO TO ELITE AUTO ! WE WERE WELCOMED WITH AWESOME.CUSTOMER CARE AND REASSURANCE.

  Tech was on time and very thorough explaining everything and making sure calibrations were done for the windshield.

  Stopped in here to see if they could replace my windshield last minute while traveling further out west. They were all super friendly and though they didn’t have the glass I needed in stock that day, they were able to help me schedule an appointment further along on my travels at another Safelite location. They also educated me about glass damage and put my mind at ease for my upcoming travel. Highly recommend!
