  Incredibly helpful and accommodating staff - namely Alex, Quinn and another nice man (whose name I didn't catch). Loved the Camry 2025 we rented although frustratingly in the midst of the rental, we had get the tires changed. That said, Alex was quick to respond, incredibly apologetic and resolved the issue asap. Highly recommend!

  100% do not recommend. The lady at the counter when we were picking up the rental told us it “hails everyday” and asked if we wanted insurance. Should have realized something was fishy at that moment. Company is claiming hail damage even though there was no damage. I searched this online and it seems to be a known scam with National/Enterprise (parent company). Please do your research on rental companies and locations before using them. I’ve always used National everywhere I rent a car but will definitely be switching to a company outside of the Enterprise Mobility umbrella after this. They clearly didn’t even ensure the car was clean when they rented it to me as there was debris from a previous guest. Renters beware.

  I've rented cars for decades, almost exclusively with Hertz. On this trip to South Dakota, I chose National because the price was hundreds lower than Hertz. I am very happy I chose it, because everything about the experience was great. I dealt with genuinely kind people, I got a brand new car with about 30 miles on the odometer, and the price when I returned it was exactly what my reservation had said. On top of that, I contacted National a few days after I returned home to ask about an item we had left in the car. Alex of National said he'd check on it. He then called back to say they had found it and asked where I'd like it sent. The very next day, we received it. I think National is my new go-to rental car company.
