  The wife decided to get her oil change here while I was at work and the employees were very rude and snappy, there’s a reason why take 5 lines are long but are worth waiting for. The employees were arguing amongst each other on whose turn it was to be down in the pit since one spent all day yesterday down there.

  My dad, a disabled veteran, visited this location to get an oil change in his Toyota Sienna (it has a ramp that comes out for his wheelchair). He was told to pull into the shop, a younger man with shaggy hair waved him in. Well as he was pulling in (with this man's guidance), his muffler caught and it tore it off. The man started screaming curse words and he went to get a jack. He told my dad to jump out of the car (very funny) and come see the damage, the jack wont fit under the van and then told him he couldn't fix it. He would have my dad to drive back to Montana with a dragging muffler. He ended up having to leave and go to Exhaust Pros where they were outraged at the unprofessionalism of Greese Monkeys. Almost $300 later, hurt feelings, and high offense from being made fun of for being handicapped(the employess talked bad about him within ear shot), he had an entire new muffler put on because of the damage. When he tried to call the manager, he left a message and has heard nothing since. He is a disabled veteran and never deserved this. He was blown off, made fun of, humiliated, and told to leave with a broken van.. his only transportation. And no, he did not get the oil change as he was told they couldn't help.

  I walked in, during business hours, to get an oil change. Man at the desk tells me “we aren’t open lady” before I could even speak. The hours on the door and hours listed online said otherwise, as did the completely unlocked entrance. Hard to say why they refused to service a vehicle when they were clearly open to take business. Not sure if it was because I’m a woman, or what, but the horrible customer service has stopped me from ever giving them business again. The men that work there should learn some basic customer service skills.
