  Service here was great up until about two months ago. After my check engine light came on, I was told my turbo needed to be replaced. I was initially told the repair would take about a day to a day and a half. Since I drive for work, I explained that I would need a loaner vehicle if it was going to take longer than a day. After waiting over a week with no update, I called back and was told they still didn’t have one and would contact me when one became available. Ultimately I got tired of waiting so I took my vehicle to Spearfish GMC, where they immediately provided a loaner, completed the turbo replacement within a week, and even changed my oil. Meanwhile, Granite GMC didn’t contact me until yesterday, nearly 8 WEEKS LATER to say they finally had a loaner available. Unfortunately, that experience was enough for me to take my business elsewhere, even for routine maintenance.

  We are traveling thru the western states on a camping adventure! As we were getting ready to head to our next location, we noticed a radiator leak. Granite got us in, diagnosed and repaired so we could get back on with our trip! They even returned our truck a day earlier than planned!!! Thanks team!

  Best dealership in South Dakota. Customer service is on a completely different level. Joe Witty is phenomenal. He overcame trial after trial and did whatever it took to get the job done. Communication was great. Pricing is the best in the area. Shane and Joe are amazing. After some mishaps they still got the job done and were super professional. I got into a car accident and was in need of a car and they delivered. When I couldn’t come in to see it they drove out to me and showed me the car. They even offered to pick me up to come in and look at it more. If you are in the market for a vehicle you should come here. Will be buying from here for my next vehicles. Thank you guys for the great experience. Come buy a car from Joe Witty!

  I went in today to look at the key for key trade in event they have going on, curious more than anything. The sales rep I dealt with was a drink of fresh water or a breath of fresh air compared to any other salesman I've dealt with in town to date. I didn't buy anything, but the straight forward conversation and the sheer honesty about not carrying the niche market of cars I sit in. Ranson, you are a gold in the crapfest that is salesman these days. Thank you. If they ever have a Lexus sedan or coupe with the sport tuning. I'll be the first to try and snag it. Absolute upmost respect.

  I went to there dealership on Tuesday 5/26 wanting to trade my car in when i got the wheel of fortune said I won $5,000 cash wasn't looking for cash but wanted to use it as a down payment to get me out of mine I talked to two people there told them my situation the one guy told me if my mom would co sign i said yes then he had me go home and bring her down I didn't even get to look at a vehicle or test drive one come this point after the sales person took down both our information he said he would give me a call then told us to wait to get our prize end up being scratch tickets then when we left the other guys at the counter mumble under there mouths Not Going To Happen! After we left the dealership I waited and waited for a phone call come 5/27 I called the salesperson he said he will call me in 10min he was talking with the manager 10min past no phone call come 5/28 I texted the salesperson still no answer all I need to know if it was going to work out or not if the answer was no would have been no problem but dodging my phone calls is going to do what other then making us mad at this point both me and mom were treated very poorly there and will never come back again all it takes is communication and we didn't even get that please train your sales people about communication it will go a long way and not to ignore people very disrespectful i really hope this reaches the manager i will differently take my business elsewhere I know we didn't have perfect credit score but we should have never been treated this way.
