  Had an issue with our truck and we were 1000 miles from home. These guys were awesome getting us fixed up.

  I would not recommend buying a vehicle through Granite. We traded vehicles and it took 2 hours to do the paperwork. The worst part of this experience was we were told the title would be mailed to the treasurers office- I argued with the business guy for a long time as I really wanted it mailed to me and he absolutely refused. My son just waited in line at the treasurers office for 2 1/2 hours to find out the title is at the dealership. This was our first and last purchase from this place!

  We were out in Rapid City on vacation and came across a truck that we really liked. The price was fair and our trade in price was fair. Marcus Mack was probably the best salesman that I have ever dealt with. He went above and beyond to help us. The bad: We were told the front brake pads would be changed prior to us taking ownership. After having the truck for a couple of days, I couldn't reset the pad life so I called Marcus. He then relayed onto us that they hadn't actually replaced the pads because they were not worn down enough, even though the service manager told us directly that the percentage worn was not what they let their vehicles off the lot with. We bought the extended warranty and Jason informed us that the when the truck comes out of their shop, it's just like a factory reset. 6 year, 60,000 mile warranty. The guys in the shop didn't change transfer case fluid even though it was due according to the maintenance schedule. Now I have an expensive warranty with a transfer case that may or may not be warrantied. We bought the Cilajet sealer last minute. Jason assured us that the detail team would have time to do this. This took a little longer than expected but it was our decision to do this. With it taking about 4 hours, my expectation was to have a very clean vehicle. Most of it was good, except the cup holders and the entire driver side of the engine wasn't cleaned. Overall, I would recommend buying a new vehicle from Marcus. I would not, however trust them to do any maintenance work on a used vehicle, even if they tell you they are going to.

  I had an amazing experience working with Jesse Barrios. He was friendly, funny, laid-back, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. This was my first time buying a car, and I didn't have the best credit, but Jesse never made me feel discouraged. Instead, he worked hard to find a way to make it happen, and thanks to him, we got the deal done. What really stood out was how much he genuinely cared. He even took time out of his day to teach me how to drive a manual transmission, which is something I'll never forget. That kind of dedication goes above and beyond what you'd expect from a salesperson. I'm truly grateful for everything Jesse did for me. If you're looking for someone who's honest, patient, and willing to go the extra mile, I highly recommend asking for Jesse Barrios. I'll always appreciate everything he did to help me.

  Service department needs work…tried scheduling recall on my Yukon I bought from them and every time they had a broken machine, took my vehicle in when it was brand new for an a/c leak and they couldn’t even figure that out without me opening a case with gm for them. Turned out to be a leak in the condenser….a simple black light in my opinion would have found that..I could be wrong though. In a world of problems you would think they would offer solutions but businesses seem to just not care anymore. I’m taking my business to Spearfish or down to Chadron, NE where the other two dealerships for gmc are from now on.
