  I need to start out admitting I realize I’m somewhat of a workout :-) I’m short on patience & have been blessed with an exceptional antenna for BS! I really don’t care for dealerships in general, due to past experience with two of them on Omaha Street in Rapid, but I’ve found a Sales person named Brent who really gets it! I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop, but it never did. What I experienced with Brent at Granite is how business should be! I bombarded him with questions until he had to step out to ask a manager, which wasn’t fair of me, but he didn’t give me the normal salesperson nonsense. To his credit he actually admitted he wasn’t sure, asked me to hold tight & by god, he went to get the answer! Even when I was belligerent, he kept his composure like I was meeting with my personal banker! I wished I’d met this young man 25 years ago I could have saved thousands of dollars in repair & a whole lot of heartache. I will be sending everyone I know to Brent at Granite.

  We have relatives who hold Brent in the highest regard so we decided to make the 300 mile trip from Bismarck, North Dakota down to Rapid City to see him at Granite. We anticipated driving home a Nissan Rogue, but ended up purchasing a Mitsubishi Outlander. Even with relatives referring me, I was skeptical spending the entire day to drive to a dealership to meet someone I did not know, but upon arrival Brent welcomed us with open arms as if he came in to the office just to assist us for the day :-) It turned out he did spend the entire day with us. He was very Informative, cordial, non-pushy. This is our 37th vehicle we’ve purchased & It’s hands-down the best experience either of us have ever had! He even gave us a tour of both beautiful buildings at Granite! His manager Levi even came out to greet us, thanking us for our business! My husband has never felt so good parting with his money lol We have approximately 30 dealerships within 50 miles of Bismarck/Mandan who could learn an awful lot about customer service from these two men. If Brent & Levi are reflective of the other employees at Granite then it must be the best dealership around!!! Thanks again!!!

  Jon Egger is very unprofessional and straight up lied saying that he was unable to price something due to age as it wouldn’t not let him I proceeded to show him the KBB does have a trade in and he got mad saying basically good luck finding someone to give that to you, Beware make sure you know your value or they will get one on you
