From getting off the plane, to going to the Enterprise counter, to getting the keys, to driving off-site was 10 minutes! The lady who checked us out was so sweet. She told us what spot to go to and we just drove off. No additional stops to provide paperwork. Loved that! Returning the car was just as easy. You find a spot, park the car, bring your keys to the counter and you’re done!

There was a line about 5 parties deep, but it moved fairly quickly. We were greeted by Kathy with a smile. Kathy showed interest in our trip which made our experience with her feel personable. She was very informative about insurance, damage to the car, where it was located in the lot, how to return it and where to park. Couldn’t have been happier with Kathy’s hospitality. The price on the other hand was outrageous. Otherwise Kathy was great.

Called up and was told if I could drive it, they’d swap me out. I’d did just that and drive down the mountain. Explained what happened and the two gentlemen at the desk had me on my way in a new car in 15 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t miss a beat of the vacation. Great service and the rates weren’t bad either.
