  Katie and Malachi provided an outstanding experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. From start to finish, their customer service was professional, friendly, and efficient. They made the rental process smooth and stress-free, answered all my questions, and made sure I had everything I needed. The vehicle was clean, in excellent condition, and performed great. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out. Everything about the experience was phenomenal, and they both represented Enterprise exceptionally well. I truly appreciate their help and would gladly rent from them again.

  I have all three different experiences with Enterprise in my entire life. It’s all three are good! My latest experience with them, especially, a young gentleman work with me to getting a rental car (White 2025 Hyundai Kona) during my car was in the repair shop. He was doing an excellent job and he was very kind and understanding! My last two experiences are also awesome. There’s only one rent-a-car company I like in Rapid City!
