  Smooth and quick experience for a vacation rental. Only complaint I have is I don’t recall the staff member checking the roof of the vehicle when we picked it up. When we came back at the end of the trip to drop it off, we had the same staff member and he tried to tell me there was places potentially from hail damage on the roof. I told him to the best of my knowledge he never inspected the roof when we picked it up, and we hadn’t experienced any hail while we had the rental. After that, he kindly moved forward and processed our rental like normal. I just didn’t like that we almost had to answer for and maybe pay for damage that we didn’t cause or have control over, that likely happened before we got the vehicle. The rental itself though was very nice and clean!

  Sandy Gryder is amazing! She has excellent communication skills and Customer Service. She is the best! Super nice, compassionate, and goes that extra mile. She has a great attitude and is very kind! This business is very lucky to have her. She will take care of all your needs. I would highly recommend this business ❤️

  The two Enterprise site teams in Rapid City, South Dakota were outstanding to work with. We enjoyed our rental and they were attentive and personable throughout the whole experience. If you are visiting SD- choose Enterprise!

  We had great customer service by the staff at enterprise in Rapid City. They were fast and efficient. Upon returning our car we just made a comment about how the car needed an alignment. Alex ran us down in the airport to ask what he could do to make it up to us. We had no expectations of anything. We were just trying to communicate that the car needed some attention. Alex helped us get another rental in another state with a discount. Truly unexpected and very much appreciated. Enterprise you have a great employee with Alex. Please let him know how much he means to your company. He represents you well.

  Most friendly and helpful rental car operation I've ever experienced!! Sandy was the absolute best and worked with us on a bunch of changes. Highest of recommendation!
