  Sandy and the entire team have been excellent to work with. I have worked with many Enterprise offices as I travel for work. This has been the best location I've worked with. I was needing a rental due to an accident, and completed the rental through State Farm. As soon as I submitted the need Sandy reached out to me 10min later to get everything set up. Strongly recommend this location for your rental needs.

  We are very disappointed in a very smelly vehicle given to us at this location. When we went to pick it up, they had a different version of the same vehicle ready for us, then switched keys last minute when they saw it was an insurance rental. The interior of the vehicle is very gross. The interior is stained everywhere, even the trunk. The smell was unbearable. They told us that we could let them know about any problems via text, so we did - they never replied. We had to call them. It’s always a 1-800 number, there’s no way to call the local office. The 1-800 number said they could replace it, up on arrival they wouldn’t actually take it back for anything on the lot, instead insisting they “had nothing”. They then had us “go check at the airport”. They didn’t call for us, they didn’t check an online system. They told us to drive to a second location and hope. We called ahead, (via 1-800 number that didn’t actually go there, again) they also had nothing, and the person on this call promised to “elevate this to the regional manager” that “they’d call us shortly”. Smoke & mirrors. We had to try to sanitize the vehicle with product we purchased ourselves to get the smell out to stand being in it. The complete lack of customer service, quality of product, and any pride in being an upstanding company is so disappointing. Truly thinking we’ll just buy an additional vehicle to take this “perk” off of our insurance policy. I’ll keep this in mind when I need a rental for work, I’ll be looking elsewhere- now that I know how they treat insurance renters. This town desperately needs a valid competitor. Maybe Enterprise would step it up then.

  this is my favorite enterprise location. they pick you up drop you off and just have the best customer service. i wish i could give them 10 stars.

  Terrible experience. Picked up a car, had small markings but the rep said we only mark larger than golf ball marks. I made a video at pick up and at return and absolutely no damage. But a week after returning I am sent a bill for almost 2000 for small nickel size marks! Have been trying to call and email for weeks but no response to any of my queries. You can hear the rep clearly state that in the video. Total scam!
