  I had to choose 5 Stars because 10 stars were not on option on here! I was needing to get back to Denver with my Rider Rescue tow truck which I drove up for the rally... but really wanted to see if I could get an oil change, stat, on my F250 6.0 before heading for home. I called 5 other service and repair places before calling Cory's Point S to see if I could even could come in for an oil change that same day. Most shops were very nice, but all of them said that there was basically no way that I could my oil changed that day. I then called April at Cory's Point S and told her my predicament... and that I was trying to get home to Denver as quick as I could before my daughter left town to go back to college... but that I also was worried about my truck being way overdue for an oil change. And April's response was... "how quick can you get here?!" I then got there about 20 minutes later and they wound up moving me to the front of the line. I had came prepared with my laptop thinking I might have an hour or so to get some work done while they worked on my truck. Hence, I was wicked surprised that they got my truck done and safety inspected (brakes and all) in about 25 minutes! Additionally, when I got there they offered me coffee and popcorn. However it turned out they were all out of coffee cups. After telling April that... I was wicked surprised to see that April had rushed to the nearby store to round up some coffee cups... so that I would be fully caffeinated for my drive back to Denver! Then when it came time to pay my bill... it turned out that the price of the oil change for 15 quarts + the new oil filter was about $100 less than I thought it was going to be. Hell now that I am back in Denver... I'm thinking I might have to drive 6 hours there and another 6 hours back just so that they can service my truck at least a couple of times a year. Definitely no other place I will even think about going every time I am anywhere near the Black Hills!! The peace of mind that I got from having my tow truck serviced at Cory's helped give me the confidence that my truck was fully ready to get back to work and take care of more motorcycle riders who had broken down on the side of the road.   I highly recommend Cory’s Point S after this morning. In a storm last night, my heat shield got dislodged from my car, and they reattached it this morning without costing me anything. Truly incredible service!

  We cannot say enough good things about Cory’s Point S Tire on Campbell Street in Rapid City. We were traveling to Yellowstone with family when our car threw a transmission temperature sensor warning. Naturally, we were a bit stressed about our trip being derailed. We brought the car in early in the morning and explained our situation, asking if they could take a quick look so we could get back on the road safely. They accommodated us immediately without hesitation. Within an hour, they thoroughly checked the system, confirmed it was a minor glitch, and assured us we were safe to drive. To top it all off, they only charged us $20! Special kudos to Blair and April for their exceptional customer service, empathy, and swift help. Finding auto service this honest, caring, and efficient is rare. Unbelievable support at almost no price—they truly saved our peace of mind! Highly recommend!

  These guys are AWESOME! Know what they're doing and get you taken care of!! I unfortunately "tried" going to a cheaper place for an alignment, was so UNSATIFIED with their customer service and wondered if it had even gotten done at all. Tim did AWESOME with constant comminication and options to offer to put my sons car back into service very quickly! Yeah, I will not "TRY" any other place AGAIN!🤣🤣🤣Thanks Tim!
