  Absolutely terrible customer service.. waited for 2 minutes before anyone even approached me, when asking if I needed help and said yes, I was greeted with a big ol huff and puff.. I asked if they rented parts to change the spark plugs I just bought and got another sigh while he lazily looked through a drawer for the tools.. when I said I’ll figure it out an wasn’t a big deal I was hit with a very snappy “ok then have a good day “

  Over heard the manager talking to a driver and the driver wouldn't do something the manager didn't pay for and got all upset. If you didn't pay for a service you dont get it, it's not that hard to understand

  Shout out to the manager working last night! It’s was snowing to beat hell my headlight went out and I was afraid of breaking something. He came out in the cold replaced my headlight bulb and even taught me how to do it without breaking anything for the next time it needs replaced!

  Long line of customers and the so called manager complained that this is fourth day on the job but yet he doesn’t know what he’s doing. I had to ask the commercial guy to help me and he was able to help me with my return since the other guy didn’t know how to do his job correctly and wanted to argue with me about how long he has been working there. It’s not rocket science
