- MMMVJul 22, 20261.0I would never recommend this dealership. Unless you're buying a brand-new vehicle or are already a long-time customer, I hope they treat you better than they treated me. I purchased a used vehicle from them as a first-time customer, and I've owned it for less than a year. During that time, I've had to call a tow truck twice and take the vehicle to their service department twice. Both service visits resulted in expensive bills. The most recent visit was especially frustrating—they charged me a substantial diagnostic fee only to confirm the exact problem I had already identified and explained to them before they even looked at the vehicle. I also would not recommend purchasing their extended warranty. In my experience, it has covered virtually nothing when I've needed it. Based on my experience with both the vehicle and the service department, I will not be returning as a customer.
