- JSJason SchaarJun 27, 20261.0This pilot is the worst truck stop I’ve ever been to,we are on vacation and having truck troubles,we pulled in here so we were not stranded on the freeway,sent a friend for the parts we needed in Pierre, we plug into our generator so we have air for the pets and the manager comes out and tells us that we aren’t allowed to run the generator in their lot and if we don’t turn it off she will call a tow truck for us??? Really?? She also said she will call and have the other camper that was unhooked towed away as well, these are obviously the type of people that would eat in front of a person starving to death and not share with them, pilot will never have our business again,I’ll pay extra for fuel somewhere else!!! Thanks pilot and your manager,someday you may be in need and I hope you get kicked out!!!!

This is beyond frustrating. Especially since a worker was at desk counting her till down and one in back playing on phone then jumping up and down doing exercises.

They are rude and judgemental to different looks. I called corporate on this we are paying customers. Well we're going to be.
