My husband walked to Advanced Auto Parts where he met Russ. Russ not only drove him back to our car, but insisted on staying and helping him fix it. They did have to go back to the store for a tool/another part at one point, and Deena graciously let Russ drive him back again and help! We are so grateful for the kindness of these two strangers who helped us get back on the road to home! 5 stars, two thumbs up, 10/10, 100%. Worse case scenario right? No thanks to Russ at this establishment we were able to get our part before the end of the day. You may ask how? Russ personally drove to us in the middle of Kimble South Dakota after store hours and brought our part. I highly recommend anyone that needs anything go to see Russ at advanced auto. This guy needs a raise!
