  Truckers skip this place. This is the 3rd time I stopped here and got bad/rude service from this place. This time I spent around $400 fuel,food & tobacco. Moving forward I’ll stop in loves in Sioux City or pass this one and go to Sioux Falls for all my needs. It not just me my other drivers also faced similar issues here.

  Bait and switch. They advertise a cheap price but it’s not cash. Soon is broken so it’s the consumers fault for now knowing.

  Great Maverik here in Elk Point, SD. NOTE: if your going to use your gas pump, your GONNA need a auth code before you use the pump. Back to review, however, the priceboard (diesel) facing SB I-29 wasn't working properly at the date of visit (Flag Day 2026 (June 14th)). Inside though, the store was very nice and clean. The door chime is like no other I've heard. It was as though it was a mixed 7-Eleven/Circle K chime I've heard. The staff were nice and very friendly. The store was also nicely organized. I like how Maverik uses little boats (hot dog boats) for their pizza's. Its big enough you can put a slice of Pizza and a Honey Stinger Energy Waffle in. I got a 30fl oz Goji Citrus Strawberry (yes they actually still sell it here), a pizza slice, and a Honey Stinger Energy Waffle (original flavor). The total after tax and rewards perks (free drink as I'm a former K&G rewards member) was 5.50. This is a great place to stop along I-29 between Sioux Falls and Sioux City.
