  Cut my hand on a pump and the manager said he couldn’t give me a bandaid from his first aid kit I had to buy one. Thank God dollar general is next store the clerk got one from the first aid kit and I bought my monster from dollar general instead. What a world we are living in!

  Hate to say this but dirtiest QT I've ever been in. Very dirty restroom and overall not very clean store I know this company does a lot better than this.

  This is truly one of the worst locations I've been to. I want to be charitable to it, but it's never come close to meeting expectations. It's not overly clean, the machines have yet to be functioning (over half are out of order every time, the slushie machines either spray everywhere or drip, and the syrups are always out of ratio), and it falls far below any other QT we've ever been to. We were so hopeful when it was being built that it would be a great spot to swing by on a hot summer day, but we truly have given up hope after trying 10+ times.

  Don’t waste your trip! Came to get a hot dog only to find the toppings were out… no cheese, chili or slaw so asked the attendant for more slaw and told him we would like the toppings and he said to give him a minute so we did but as I was putting the hot dog in the bun he removed all toppings from the counter and put them away… I don’t understand what the problem was and what the point of taking the remaining toppings out and putting them away when we’re patiently for refills of slaw and cheese. The customer service was horrible and the attendant was spiteful to say the least.

  Second time there, went to get a hotdog put it on the bun turned around to get toppings and all bins that are supposed to have toppings were basically empty, went to use the chilli/cheese machine, both of those were empty as well at this point I’m stuck with a hotdog on a bun. I tell the cashier and he just acted clueless. The first time I went here their was a different guy working, he was trying to run two transactions at the same time, talk to two different customers, and I kept having to my repeat myself and he also gave me the wrong thing I had to tell him that’s not what I asked for and wait for him to put it back and get the right thing. Please just have one transaction at a time if you can’t handle two. So far not a fan of this new qt.
