  Thank you, thank you Kay!! We’re from out of town, we were three hours away from home and the check engine light came on in my son’s car. Kay read the code and told us his thermostat was bad. She told us the replacement options available, gave us the name of a mobile mechanic and when my husband and son decided to try the repair themselves - twice she provided tools that we needed. We made the repair in the parking lot, my son drove around for a bit - and the “symptoms” of the problem were all gone. Thank you, Kay! You were most helpful!!
