  Yesterday I picked up my truck from a different location and they didn’t have all the moving blankets we ordered. I was sent to this location which was 30ish minutes away to pick up the rest of them. Davis helped me out at the front desk and not only was he extremely professional and polite, he even threw in a dolly for the inconvenience. In my excitement to not have to hand load and unload all my furniture as I was originally expecting, I forgot to mention this to a family member who got a little snippy with him and he maintained composure flawlessly and explained the situation before I had even realized what happened. Davis was beyond helpful for me personally in this extremely stressful situation. Couldn’t recommend this location enough.

  I pulled in to get a flat repaired. I there about 25 minutes at the most. I have no complaints about this particular facility.

  Penske truck at West Columbia is always a great experience. They are way better than dealing with the home depot on Two notch rental. Always no issues and great service.

  Place is absolutely a joke. Fuel bay guy sucks. Stay away from 7:30p on or you’ll sit and wait. I can’t wait for our company‘s lease to be over. We ain’t going back.

  Moving stuff from storage from Santa Cruz California to Columbia South Carolina. Picked up a Penske 16 foot box truck rental in Santa Cruz California. Santiago was very professional and helpful in Santa Cruz. Had some problems with the truck after leaving the Santa Cruz area. Penske roadside assistance was very active in trying to resolve the problem. Kenzie, Kevin and Guido did everything in their power to try and resolve the problem and make us feel comfortable. The truck made it safely across country. Returned the truck in West Columbia SC where the manager Davis did everything in his power to quickly process the return and satisfy our needs. Overall excellent service under the circumstances. Recommended.
