- DNDaniel Nava3 days ago1.0This has been the worst experience I’ve had with National. I’ve gone in twice to rewrite my contract, and they clearly don’t know what they’re doing; they always mess it up and end up charging me much more because they list the wrong drop-off location, resulting in a huge fee
- AWAlan WhitecrossSep 26, 20265.0Was sharp to catch my mistake and ready for me when I returned to collect my left behind bag.
- JTJeff TraynorSep 14, 20265.0Always an excellent experience. Streamlined process. Professional staff. The complete polar opposite of their sister company, the garbage organization sharing their real estate and sullying their good name.
- JAJose ArellanoSep 14, 20265.0The CAE National Rent a car location is the only location i rent from. Even though pick ups can be hectic there, the staff is always polite,‘courteous and professional. They always have a great selection of vehicles and are typically well maintained and kept clean. I will choose this location always.
- MBMarvin BurgessSep 13, 20264.0Good experience. Just don't give the right address to rental returns. They give wrong address to Columbia airport car rental pickup and dropoff.
