  Taylor and Tyler did a amazing job they help me out the my rear brakes and help me out with the price I will definitely be back and they was very nice

  I came to get my daughter's mini cooper a new set of tires on 4/26. The shop called and informed me she also needed rear brakes, so I agreed. Yesterday while getting an oil change I was informed that her right rear caliper bolts were completely missing and I couldn't drive the car as it was a safety hazard. My child was driving around for 2 months in danger and unsafely due to a huge oversight on their part. I called and spoke with the manager Taylor, who showed no empathy, didn't look up my account information, immediately told me "oh he's no longer working here'" all I can do is give you a free brake service. I was furious with the way she nonchalantly handled my concern and their error. I informed I wanted to escalate and asked for the next member in management and she directed me to the website and basically ended the call. I will never do business with them, thank God nothing happened to my child!!

  Had Low Tire Air Light. Store Assistant Manager, Taylor, Added FREE AIR to machine indicated tire but after a test drive in the lot, the Light remained on. Store Manager, Lane, manually checked each tire & found that the rear pass.side tire was 22 psi & corrected issue! Everyone was very friendly and patient with this Very Pleased Vintage Customer!

  Online booking was so easy to manage specially with me not knowing much about cars. Clean and spacious. I had originally had an appointment with another store but the store is clean, friendly staff, they greeted me and the other customers as we waited.

  Brought my truck in for brakes and got an excellent quote and the work was finished fast and customer service at the front desk. Definitely coming back for more work!
