  I had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes on Emanuel Church Rd in West Columbia! The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful from start to finish. They got me taken care of quickly, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s hard to find a shop with good customer service that you can feel comfortable trusting with your vehicle, but these guys did an excellent job. I’ll definitely be coming back for my tire and brake needs and would highly recommend this location to anyone in the area!

  I went in for two new tires, looked up and the guy is all under my hood. I told them I don’t need a multi point inspection because I didn’t ask for it, just want two new tires mounted and balanced. The ASM stops him and tell him just two new rear tires, then had to tell them, he’s taking the front tires off which were replaced two weeks ago. Then I watch this guy literally get his butt kicked by a 15 inch rim because he is trying to change the tire with the hubcap still on. He was prying and messing with it and had no clue. This is the same guy I watch break an oil filter changing oil. Don’t go here!!! I have video of this guy, it’s horrible!!

  Great service, Ms. Taylor and the staff was very friendly, polite, and very professional in taking care of my tire needs. I will highly recommend this Mavis to anyone for service and i will by back for sure.
