Didn’t have the right size but immediately repaired the tire so that we could make it home and ordered the tires to be put on when they come in. Pleasant, professional, courteous and looking out for his customers!! I have been here before with tire issues and he solved those in the same manner. This guy is superb!!!

He was very sweet, and that’s not very common at all at vehicle related shops. Once I got there I was met by Derek who was very down to earth. I loved that talking to him didn’t feel like I was being given a sales pitch, but at the same time still let me know what all my options were. Shout out to both of y’all 🫶🏾

Mavis had availability the next morning and I was able to get not only 1 but 4 new tires, and an alignment and filter. The next best part is that they completed it in under 1 hour so that I could get back to Charlotte to watch my daughter compete in the middle school state track and field meet. Zee, Derrick and Jacob were amazing and offered excellent customer service! Thank you!
