I had a great experience with this shop. After a small accident, my oil pan needed to be replaced, and Avery made the whole process simple. He explained what was wrong, completed the repair, and also took care of my oil change while my car was there. Everyone was friendly, and I never felt pressured into paying for unnecessary work. My car has been running perfectly since the repair. It’s nice to find a shop that values honesty and quality service. I’ll definitely be back.

Derek from mavis tires and brakes at 1609 fairlane drive West Columbia sc 29169 was very kind and patient with us as he was handling a long line of customers when we first came in since we were in the back of the line while making our wait time less than an hour. I hope he gets a raise or something for how great his customer service is and the amazing energy he brings into the job. 10/10 for me and would definitely recommend to others.

Cane in for four new tires , had one blow out due to a leaky valve stem. Took over two hours with an appointment which is long but not out of the ordinary, replaced two of my lug nuts which thank you but never even told me anything about needing them. Didn't know I was waiting longer for them to be delivered. After I left got home to put my valve stem caps back on the car and what do you know, 3 out of 4 of the valve stems were leaking air on my brand new tires. I only live 4 minutes up the road. And one tire in The original place that I had a blow out in had completely leaked out air. I had to sput my spare back on. Nothing was brought up about the valve stems being replaced. They were not inspected nor was I advised to replace them . Don't care what they cost I knew I needed them and thought when you get four new tires they would replace them like I've always had in the past. Especially the one that cause the blowout originally to cause me to need new tire to begin with. They just pulled it in slapped on four tires and sent me on my way. I guess customer safety is not a priority here nor common sense. Will never return again for such careless service.

I believe the manager's name was Z or Zay—I may be pronouncing it incorrectly—but he was extremely professional throughout the entire experience. I appreciated that he wore gloves and placed a protective mat down before working on my vehicle, which showed great attention to detail and respect for customers' property. He and a young gentleman on the team thoroughly inspected my vehicle and took the time to address my concerns. They were both helpful, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this location to others.
