  1-Star Review because I couldn't leave zero. I had a very disappointing experience at this Enterprise location with Jonathan Gill. My rental, which was already paid for, was having mechanical issues, and I came in expecting help with an exchange so I could safely continue my trip. Instead, Jonathan refused to assist me because the rental was not originally issued from his location. I was racially profiled and treated unfairly as a Black single mother traveling from Texas. I was dismissed, disrespected, and denied help with a vehicle that was having mechanical issues, even though I had already paid for the rental and needed a safe car. Mechanical problems with a rental car should be taken seriously, regardless of where the rental was originally picked up. Jonathan Gill was not customer-friendly, professional, or helpful in resolving the issue. I definitely would not recommend that he continue working at this location as a manager or in any customer-facing position based on how I was treated. I expected Enterprise to provide professional customer service and a reasonable solution, but that did not happen. I would not recommend this location.

  I recently rented an enterprise vehicle through Priceline. The need for the rental car was unexpected but I had a great experience from pick up to drop off. I even accidentally left a pricy personal item in the car. It was turned into lost and found and I was notified that the item had been found and was able to retrieve it. I appreciated the customer service and honesty. I was so grateful to get my item back. I will definitely rent from enterprise again.

  Just wanted to say that I rented a vehicle on June 18th thru the 21st. CJ Riley was very helpful, polite and efficient. He made sure I was familiar with the functions of the car. He walked around the car with me to check for any damage. I live five minutes from the Enterprise on two notch road (which has the worst service). I'd rather drive all the way to the airport and pay to park my car there for days just for the organized, quick and friendly service. I was out in less than 10 minutes. Thanks CJ Riley for being an awesome representative for Enterprise. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!

  I had a great experience renting a minivan from this location. One of the managers, Koda, was particularly helpful and provided a superior experience for me--thank you!!

  Savd the day avis, budget had screwed up Our reservations, the young gentleman at counter was very knowledgeable. Got me in a rental within 10 minutes for less money quality service,!Vehicle nice
