    Easy reservation, no charge at booking. Efficient teams with no issues. Special thanks to the Enterprise Columbia SC Airport staff for their responsiveness and kindness when we had to change our vehicle after a dashboard warning message.

    Well, first off, I made a reservation, and about 1 hour before I was supposed to pick it up, one of the stores called me and said they had ZERO cars to give me, even though I had a reservation. This is totally uncalled for and asinine. Then they had the audacity to tell me to call around to other locations to see if they had a car when they could have done that themselves and/or looked in the computer. Especially when you call the local store number and it goes to the call center. Not to mention I was told a regional/area manager would be giving me a call and that never happened either.

    The lost and found department for location need to be more available! Ive lost an item in one of the vehicles I rented and still no one has given me a call back!

    I learned that if you rent a car at an airline terminal that's where you have to returnit, any airport terminal, just not a regular location. Interesting, and good to know next time.
