  I enjoyed enterprise and a big shoutout to Spencer I believe his name was or Steven can’t really remember but he was very helpful with helping me get the vehicle that I wanted and he took his time to make sure everything was up to par for me before leaving I enjoyed it and would be back soon but I would like it if he’s the one I go though with renting a vehicle again but 10/10

  Excellent experience from start to finish! The entire rental process was fast, smooth, and hassle-free. The local staff provided outstanding customer service—they were friendly, professional, and had me on the road in no time. I truly appreciated how efficient and welcoming everyone was. Highly recommend this Enterprise location and will definitely rent from them again! Clarke and Mr. Jordan (can’t remember his first name) were who helped me.

  My experience with the Enterprise off Charleston highway in West Columbia SC was excellent everything from check-in to driving off in my rental van in less than 30 minutes I arrived at 5:30pm and was out and on my way before they closed at 6pm I was so pleased with the condition of the 15 passenger van it was clean inside and out So I will definitely be renting from this particular Enterprise again and did I add how nice the sales associates are They are wonderful and welcoming

  I had a bad experience with the charelston highway location and as a multiple time returning customer it's a little disappointing. It first started when I called up there to speak to someone and Stephanie answered after I waited om hold for close to 5 mins and right as she answered the restaurant I was at was taking my order which literally took 30 seconds and by the time I was done she had already hung up without saying a word so when I called back I asked her why she hung up and her response was you weren't ready to have a conversation with me which I thought was pretty rude so I asked to speak to a manager and he was also rude and unapologetic. Fast forward to me returning the vehicle and what do you know Stephanie was the one to check my vehicle in and she comes back and says there is evidence you smoking in the car to which I responded thats not possible because I dont even smoke and she said they found a ash in the car so I already had a long day and wasnt going to argue about it they took 100 dollar smoking fee for some sort of ash they found and I left without even arguing so needless to say if I ever rent from enterprise again it will not be through this location. As a local buisness owner myself I would never speak to my customers that way.

  Horrible customer service. I’m days away from my trip and the Charleston hwy location in South Carolina call me and say they can’t fill my order. I book the vehicles months ago. They don’t offer another location no alternative method. I’m disappointed. I ask for a manager and they say no managers on site and I have to put in a request. This company doesn’t care able the customers.
