  My experience was fine but first I want to give a heads up. Don't wait to make your reservation. If you are going to some popular event or what not. I flew into Columbia, S Carolina for a military graduation ceremony and couldn't get a rental at the airport. The other nearest agency didn't pick up or drop off. That was kind of a bummer. Otherwise all went very smoothly. The agent was courteous, helpful and thorough. Returning the car was very easy, took about 5 minutes. The car was clean, Toyota Camry hybrid, I think. At first I didn't think I had turned it on and therefore, turned it on and off a couple of times, got out to ask the agent and then realized it was on. I felt a tad foolish. Any way a good experience.

  I have rented vehicles numerous times from Enterprise in West Columbia, SC and I have never been disappointed! Fast, efficient, and friendly! Thank you Matt Clary!

  Cool, friendly and helpful folks that try to get you in and out quickly. They have nice cars and will try to get you the best rate possible. I highly recommend booking early for a car as they do seem to book fast and not have many options available if you do not, but again just book ahead and you will be perfectly fine on options!

  Everything from booking, to check in, to pick up, during the trip, and back at drop off was phenomenal! Customer service was simply outstanding and I’ll come back to this location ever time I need to rent a vehicle.

  Trip from Hell... I reserved a vehicle nearly a month in advance. I get a text the day of pickup saying they didn't have any vehicles. I had to search all of the Enterprise places in my area. I got lucky and found a mid size suv just back from the shop. First thing I had to do on my trip was, replace the wiper blades, both torn. Then, leaving the state, the license plate fell off. I had to locate an Enterprise along my route. First place, guy says, too bad, I can't help you. I ended up driving to the airport and got lucky with a swap. I had to settle for a smaller vehicle. Im traveling from Florida to Niagara Falls for my wife's birthday. This cost me about 5 hours. Also... they have a text for service and help line. I sent pics of the missing tag, and never got a response from Enterprise.
