  Although rentals were limited in availability we were accommodated in a fairly timely fashion with a really lovely upgrade! Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and most importantly, totally in control of what could have been chaotic. Very good experience 👌

  9:00 p.m. May 8th I reserved a vehicle for pickup at 11:00 p.m.. I showed up and nobody was there, and nobody ever showed up. The sign at the counter said wait for the next agent. The website says they're open till midnight. You supposedly pay at pickup. I had to pay for rideshares there and back. I called the number associated with my reservation and the guy told me at 11:22 to wait 10 minutes longer which I did. I have photos to share and there's more that makes it even worse. I'll be back

  I reserved the car for $80, but was charged $149. I thought the $4.14 gas offer was like the rest of the rental places--onetime payment, but I was charged $4.14/gal. If the receptionist would've explained it to me I would never have purchased the gas offer. Im definitely going to let my friends know.

  Ok first I have to say I love Alamo - they are always hassle free and easy but tonight they went above and beyond, Satchel and John helped me out so much tonight! I’ve Been flying since yesterday due to airlines cancellations, lost my ID, reprinted an emergency ID, rescheduled with ALamo and when I show up I can’t find my ID again’ legit hot mess!!!’ Found my ID and the whole time they were so calm and helpful and kind!!!! I’m from Los Angeles and I swear I’d never of been treated as nicely as they did!!! Satchel even helped me get my suitcase to the car! If I could give them 10 stars I would! They deserve a raise!
