  Geri made the process super easy! I knew what I wanted to see and she arranged for me to test drive a couple cars. I was in and out with a new car in just a couple of hours. She explained everything to me without the fancy car dealership terminology and worked with me to find my perfect car. She was very friendly and personable!

  I would rate a "0" if I could, but 1 star will do. We purchased a brand new Honda Passport in 2021 and have always had "Rhonda da Honda" serviced with Honda Cars of Aiken because naturally we purchased it from them and we thought that we could trust them. Wrong!! Our vehicle only has approximately 66,700 miles and the air conditioning started acting up. We took Rhonda to Honda Cars of Aiken and a diagnostic service was done. The Technicians stated that Rhonda needed freon and told us to drive it for a while. We did, and everything seemed fine, but recently I noticed that when I turned the control to head and foot circulation, that it blew hot air on the passenger side. I took Rhonda back to Honda Cars of Aiken and let them know what was going on. After inspection, the Tech Assistant comes out to me and said there was an after market part installed on my car. There is no way!!! Honda Cars of Aiken has been the only service department that has taken care of Rhonda. After a lot of back and forth, the Tech Assistant and whomever she brought out with her stated over and over that I had someone else work on my car. That is not true and I refuse to be insulted and berated. We have purchased two vehicles from this dealership. This was my very first Honda, and my last. If you have to resort to the blame game, then how sure of your product are you? The air conditioner problem for that make and model is a common issue. Oh, keep in mind that I do have an extended warranty. Honda Cars of Aiken has left a very bad taste in my mouth and I will never purchase a Honda again.

  I had the best experience purchasing a car today. I have been shopping online for a Honda Pilot and had my heart set on one that was no longer available. Bernard met me outside with a smile and a handshake. He found another Pilot that was newer with less miles and was comperable in price. I had to wait for my husband to finish anything and he was very understanding and did not pressure me at all. When I arrived back to the dealership Bernard was on his way home and had his colleague Aaron assist my husband and I. I absolutely loved working with Aaron, he took care of us and if I ever have to buy a new or used car again I will definitely be going to see Aaron and Bernard again!!!

  Aaron was amazing!!! He was very patient and professional. He listened to the things that I was worked with me on the down payment and monthly payments. If I had to do it all over again, I’ll choose him.
