  My wife and I spent almost a full day with Scotty Netter. He was extremely patient and helpful as we weighed the pros and cons of each vehicle that we test drove. We commend Scotty’s knowledge, and his commitment to helping us get the vehicle we needed - at a price we like.👍👍

  My experience with Honda Cars of Aiken couldn’t have been any better. My sales person, Geri, was pleasant to work with and very attentive both in person and through text correspondence. No high pressure tactics at all, and she even reached out to another dealerships to set up an appointment for me when I mentioned there was another make and model I wanted to test drive before making a decision on the Honda. I ended up purchasing the following day and couldn’t be happier about the vehicle and the price. The dealership also arranged to have my current vehicle returned to me so I didn’t have to make another trip. While I won’t say anything negative about the local competing Honda dealership, I will say that Honda Cars of Aiken just seemed to care about my business more, and that’s important. I’ll advise friends who are looking for vehicles to absolutely visit the dealer and Geri.

  My wife and I were in search of a pre-owned vehicle and reached out to Honda Cars of Aiken through their online platform. They responded promptly, and we arranged a specific day and time to view the car. Upon our arrival at the dealership, Mr. Blocker greeted us immediately. He was exceptionally helpful and accommodating throughout our visit. Following our appointment, we spoke with Mr. Berry over the phone, who was also very supportive. Overall, our experience with the team at Honda Cars of Aiken was outstanding. After we completed our vehicle purchase, we received a call expressing gratitude for our business. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a reasonably priced car to consider Honda Cars of Aiken. My wife is thrilled with her new vehicle.

  On June 24. 2026, I arrived on time for my scheduled maintenance appointment at Honda Cars of Aiken. The appointment time was 3:00 PM. I received the first acknowledgement message at 3:05 and the next text at 4:17. I reviewed the text message but wasn't able to approve the service on the screen. When I checked with the service rep the desk, I was told it was just 2 recommendations. Okay, it was only going to be an oil change. I returned to the lounge to wait. I saw people come and go as I waited. Finally, at 5:54 the service rep came to let me know the truck was ready. He gave me the fob and said the paperwork would be forwarded to me later. He told me my vehicle was on the side. When I walked out, I saw other cars that were parked for service pickup, however my vehicle was parked at the end of the back of the building, not in a parking space. I don't know what they did besides the initial inspection. I have no paperwork. I have no additional documentation. All I have to show for yesterday's scheduled service is almost 3 hours of being ignored.

  I had an outstanding experience working with Arvin. From the moment I walked into the dealership, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle. Arvin took the time to walk me through every feature of the vehicle in detail and answered all of my questions with confidence and expertise. What impressed me most was that he went above and beyond by arranging to bring in a Ford from another dealership that I was interested in test-driving to compare. That level of customer service is hard to find. When I first came in, I honestly didn't think I was going to buy a vehicle that day. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. Instead, Arvin made the process comfortable and informative, allowing me to make the choice that was right for me. After learning everything about the Honda Passport and experiencing it firsthand, I knew it was the vehicle I wanted. I would highly recommend Arvin to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience. His professionalism, product knowledge, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set him apart. If you're in the market for a vehicle, ask for Arvin!!!
