- RERachel EmdeMay 6, 20265.0Harley, the manager, saved our vacation (and my sanity!). While traveling south on 95 a tow hitch flew off a truck and blew out a tire on our rental. It was 2 hrs before a tow could get us from the side of the highway to Mavis. With two little kids and my anxiety sky high, Harley was our savior. She immediately offered cold water and cartoons and then proceeded to provide more information about the Enterprise Rental road side assistance process than anyone at Enterprise had given. In the end Harley got us back on the road after a hour (I’d already braced myself to have to spend a night in their waiting area). She was a sweet end to a nightmare situation. Wish I could do more than provide this 5 star review. Honest people and quality work are hard to come by. Thank you!!!

Harleigh and her crew are so helpful and make you feel welcomed everytime you walk in the doors. Prices are reasonable and quality is awsome. They help you with knowing what needs to be done today and what can wait a little while longer. And if Harleigh can't do it she will help you find someone reliable who can make it happen for you. I've taken my SUV for tires and check up and my parents van for tires and oil changes. Sometimes the wait is long but that's what happens when you have a great service, good attitude, helpful advice and everyone knows about it!

Being a female that knows very little about cars, it can be a little intimidating going anywhere for car related issues. But, from the minute I walked in, Harleigh the manager, made me feel very comfortable. She was super friendly, and explained everything to me. I felt like I made a friend by the time I left there. 😊 They got right to work on my car as soon as I got there, and wasted no time. Highly recommend!! And, big props to Harleigh and Dylan, for the great customer service, and to Bob for getting right to work on my car. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
