    Tim displays great customer service. He makes sure to greet the customer as they come in to let them know he will be with them shortly. Fast and easy service. He is very professional. So far, Enterprise has been great to rent from.

    I have been renting with Enterprise car rental for years. I rent every week I'm a gold elite Trying to get to a funeral and they keep giving me the run around. I know that they takes debit cards and refuse to take a business debit company card. I kept asking for the number to the airport in Charleston SC no one would give it. So unprofessional no empathy no compassion for nothing. My whole company rent from Enterprise. After today I don't think I'll ever rent from Enterprise again. Solely disappointed ☹️

    Absolute worst service ever. They said they were doing me a favor delivering me my rental yet every time that time came it never happened and there was always a different excuse whether it be somebody called out or they didn’t have a vehicle even though one was reserved. The final time was we need your drivers license information. It’s an insurance claim. You have all my information and I also gave it to one of the five people five different people that called me. Absolutely terrible business.
