  There was an issue with their West Union location so I was sent to the one in Walhalla, they handled it very quickly and efficiently and I was given a discount for the trouble. Roman and Tim were very kind and helpful!

  I learned so much about my car! This was the first oil change and service since my warranty expired and I was trying to decide to get it done locally or go back to the dealership. Hands down going with this company was the best decision! I loved the hands on experience and will recommend it to all my friends. Thank you Joe, Tim and Darryl!

  This location in Walhalla is top notch! I pulled up and the first thing they did was bring me a cold mini bottle of water. Tim and Joe were amazing; Tim explained everything to me and was very honest about what I needed and didn’t need & topped off all fluids. Joe did the oil change and was super fast! All in all, a great experience and I’ll bring my Telluride back to them for sure.

  Timothy, Romand, and Brandon took great care of me today. I have been here not less than three times before, and never had the red carpet rolled out like I did today. Maybe there is a new manager but yall are on top of your game - thank you very much!

  I went in for a simple oil change and somehow witnessed what can only be described as the Olympics of automotive excellence performed by Brian and Joe. First of all, these two didn’t just “change my oil.” No, no. They approached my car like it was a sacred artifact that had been entrusted to them by the gods of combustion engines. I’m pretty sure I saw Brian whisper something inspirational to my hood before they began. Joe handled the oil drain like a maestro conducting a symphony—precise, elegant, and with just enough dramatic flair to make me question if I should be applauding. Meanwhile, Brian was moving around with the focus of a brain surgeon, except instead of saving lives, he was somehow improving mine through premium-grade motor oil. At one point, I’m convinced they made eye contact and nodded, as if silently agreeing, “Yes… this is the cleanest oil change anyone has ever witnessed.” If you’re thinking of getting your oil changed, don’t. Get it transformed by Brian and Joe. Five stars isn’t enough. I’m petitioning for a sixth!!💃🎉🎅🏻
