Made Conversation with you, and it was about at Closing, so he still had that Cordialness after whole day.😂Never have to leave your car if you don’t want to. Now that I’m in the Computer, it may not take 10 min again. They worry about Oil Changes and Fluids for most Parts. (See their Services) Keeps things flowing. Had Customer pull in right ahead of me. Took very little time and that again was at closing so they only had 1 bay at that time. Neat experience as someone that has sat through oil changes for 30+ years. Highly Recommend.

Michael and Marcus were also very personable and they were working together as a great team. Very knowledgeable and appreciated their time and talent. They were out of my filter and Michael was going to run to NAPA and buy one if needed and apologized it might not be 10 minutes. They ended up finding the right one and crisis was averted. The point of that was they were so professional and concerned that they put me at ease about the inconvenience. I did not feel like I was being upsold on anything and professionalism.
