In person, I asked to see pictures of my truck before paying the tow fee and Melissa was so rude and unprofessional. She told me I couldn’t see anything before paying over 1k to get my truck out. She said even if their establishment caused damage upon towing my truck I’d still have to pay the full fee and refused to show me photos before I made payment. I called the police and to make a long story short, she lied right to the officers face. Luckily I have the whole thing recorded to prove she lied. God does not like ugly. During this process, a lot of legal issues were uncovered. I will say, there was a nice gentleman, not sure if he was the owner but he’s the one who finally showed me my truck. However, the owners should fire Melissa. As a manger, she is unfortunately the face of the business and she may get them in a lot of trouble in the future.
