  Jeremy is super knowledgeable and is patient with explaining car problems. The staff is friendly and is understanding. Repeat customer and I do recommend 🚗

  I was given a quote IN PERSON for a tire rotation, and had to be scheduled next day because they didn’t have availability for walk ins. No problem. Next morning quote was almost double because apparently the tires are one size bigger than stock.. Previous day technician looked at them too, but didn’t say anything about extra charges for a size up. Classic bait and switch. Watch out.

  James was very kind to my bother and myself. He was very knowledgeable with what was going on with my car. He informed us what we need to come back and get done and he gave us our own change very fast in checked everything out so well we appreciate him so much. I have been coming here since the place open in Travelers Rest. My brother says he is not going to bring his car here too. The company and James both gets five stars from us. We will give you 10 if that was an option.

  I hate getting my oil changed. I always put it off way longer than I should because of how much I hate it. But I just had a great experience at Express Oil Change this morning. They were so friendly and helpful and quick! More importantly, I didn’t feel any pressure to add on a bunch of services and the cost was reasonable. I will definitely go back!
