  I made an appointment online a week ago to get new tires. I received multiple emails confirming my appointment and reminding me of the appointment. During the appointment scheduling process I indicated exactly which tires I wanted and there was no mention online that the tires I chose were not in stock. I called the location yesterday afternoon to inquire how long I should expect my appointment to take. The person I spoke to did not say anything to me about not having the tires I requested. When I arrived for my appointment today I was told that they had tried to get in touch with me because they don't have the brand of tires that I reserved on hand and he confirmed that they have my phone number. I have no missed calls from them. They have had a week to reach out to me to tell me this or to get the tires that I ordered and they had the opportunity to talk to me about it yesterday afternoon when I called them. I will not be doing business here again.

  First time in. Staff was friendly. Service was fast and price was fair. Very easy process and I don’t have to get out of the car with the kids. I’d say it’s a win win

  James was very kind to my bother and myself. He was very knowledgeable with what was going on with my car. He informed us what we need to come back and get done and he gave us our own change very fast in checked everything out so well we appreciate him so much. I have been coming here since the place open in Travelers Rest. My brother says he is not going to bring his car here too. The company and James both gets five stars from us. We will give you 10 if that was an option.
