  They did a great job of repairing the crack in my windshield. Cannot see where the crack was anymore.

  This Safelite location was very nice. They greeted me at the door and the staff was friendly and professional. The technician was very thorough and informative, he explained what work he preformed and even complimented my truck. Very nice guy.

  When I called to schedule a windshield replacement, the customer service rep was very friendly and professional and got the appointment scheduled for mobile repair at my workplace without any pain on my end. My phone's spam blocking feature jumped the gun and blocked the repair tech's (Rob) calls the first couple times, but when I realized and called back, he was very professional about the situation and still came by later that day and repaired it in much less time than I expected. It looks great and has held up well so far. Hopefully I don't need my windshield replaced again anytime soon, but I would chose Safelite again without a second thought

  Completely and utterly incompetent. These people do not know anything about Teslas and tried to charge $3000 to get a simple windshield replaced, despite my insurance deductible being $500. Highway robbery and wholly unserious organization.

  My auto insurance automatically uses Safelite for windshield replacement, so I did not have a choice. I received many emails and texts from Safelite reminding me of my upcoming appointment, but a technician never arrived. I tried calling this store several times and was routed to the general Safelite customer service. Customer service was also not able to get in touch with anyone at the store or an assigned technician. Terrible customer service. An hour later I finally got a call from the store manager who told me that they did not receive the windshield from the dealer. Safelite could have called me in the morning to tell me that the windshield had not been received, but instead, I had to chase someone down after my appointment window lapsed. I immediately called the dealer, and the parts department confirmed that the windshield was already delivered. The dealer called the Safelite store to confirm delivery. The Safelite store manager called me back and said that they did actually have the windshield, but that I had to reschedule for the next day. The technician arrived the next morning and installed the windshield, but was unable to complete the calibration of the cameras and sensors attached to the windshield due to technical issues. I will have to go to the store to have the calibration completed.
