  Scheduled a mobile appt to have my windshield replaced. Had to reschedule the first time due to weather, second time they came out only to not have all the parts required for replacing the windshield. There was a molding they needed, but they never ordered it. Spoke to the local office and I was told that although on every Honda CRZ that molding has to be replaced, they didn’t order it and had no way of knowing until they came out. I requested a reschedule and a call I. A few days so I could know what was going on and that the rescheduled appt could be held. No phone call, so I called 2 days before my appt (a Saturday) only to find out that not only had they not head back from the insurance, but they still didn’t babe the molding that was required. I was told that they would NOT call because they didn’t have everything ready and were just going to quietly cancel my appt without telling the what was going on. The person I spoke to refused to accept any responsibility and again reiterated there was no way they could have possibly have now they needed a required part for a windshield replacement. So now I am back wheee I started with a cracked windshield and now I have to call again to find another business to deal with. I’ll never call Safelite again.

  I brought my vehicle to the shop for my windshield replacement appointment and while waiting, I had a fun talk with Susan (Customer Advocate). The windshield repair went well and all the technology reprogramming went well but on the way home, I put my windshield wipers in auto mode and they started without any rain. I called Susan and she said I could bring it right back for correction but I had other plans. I scheduled for the following Friday and was able to get in first thing in the morning and the wiper issue was quickly resolved. The shop team and Susan were wonderful to work with and they provide exceptional service.
