  Just finished up my oil change and rear wipers, They were so nice and knowledgeable and gave good advice and my car was honest as well. Service was not a long wait to get in at 10:15am, and it took about an 1hr+ to finish up so not bad. Also got a discount more than lift would have gave me. I think they got a new customer that would come back repeatedly! Thanks to the entire team.

  Came to Mavis for some new tires and an alignment. They knocked it out of the park with their customer service and enthusiasm. From meeting you at your vehicle to understanding your vehicles needs, they were a 10/10. If you need a painless, often quick, and affordable service, come to this Mavis in Taylors. Ask for Laura, she was incredibly helpful.

  AJ was extremely knowledgeable, very kind, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. I really appreciated how helpful and patient he was throughout the process. Because of the great service I received, I’ll definitely be returning in the future whenever I have questions or need help. Highly recommend!

  I came in without an appointment regarding a TPMS warning light on the dash. They were able to get to my vehicle right away. Mavis Tire was able to diagnose 2 dead tire pressure monitoring system sensors on the Ford Edge. They also showed me that the other 2 TPMS sensors were communicating just fine and did not require replacement. The technicians explained what they were doing, and why, all along throughout the service. The vehicle was fixed promptly and I was very satisfied with the service. These are good people.

  This is the only Mavis location I’ve visited where I don’t feel pressured to purchase unnecessary services. At my hometown Mavis in Birmingham, I was told back in August that I needed new rotors, even though I wasn’t experiencing any shaking or other signs of wear, so I chose to wait. When I came to the Taylors location in January for a tire issue, I asked them to check the rotors while the tires were off. They told me they didn’t need immediate attention, which I really appreciated. They’ve consistently been honest and never try to upsell, and as a student, that means a lot. Today, I brought my car in for an oil change expecting that I might finally need new rotors and brakes, and I do. They brought me on the floor and showed me my rotors and break pads, and this level of transparency is what has made me trust this Mavis with my car for as long as I am in the Taylors area. They are also just super nice people, highly recommend.
