  The staff is friendly, efficient and gets the job done quickly. I recommend Jiffy Lube on Rutherford Road. I have been going there for years.

  Lonzell, Dylan and Ishmel took very good care of me. I was able to use a $25 off coupon and it was fairly quick with no issues. Great customer service.

  This Jiffy Lube has been my go to oil change spot. The people are knowledgeable and helpful. They even changed out my headlight. (I had the bulb already). I think the cost was worth it. I had a coupon also. I I'll keep coming back to this one. Corner of Wade Hampton and Rutherford.

  Good morning on Friday I pulled up to the shop and was greeted by the young man Jason..Then Lynell came over to assist..I was directed to Ismael the General Manager to receive my discounted oil change...I just would like to say overall everyone who worked that shift were expectionally helpful..I was traveling to my next client and wasn't sure I would make it in time, but the guys got me out on time to make it to my next client in Spartanburg..So once again thank you guys and I truly apologize for not writing this review on Friday, but I had a very busy weekend, but I will see you guys when it's time for my next oil change...God bless you all

  BEWARE - THIS PLACE WILL ACTIVELY SCAM YOU. I visited on 8/6. This was my genuine experience. You will see what I mean. My wife and I had a Palmetto Trend coupon that advertised a 29.99 oil change. We gave it to them when we pulled up, but the person who took it told is that likely there'd be another 11.99 fee if they had to use more than 5 quarts of oil. This was my first red flag. We own a tiny Nissan Versa. While waiting, I double-checked that our car could not physically take more than 4.3 qts of oil. Another worker returned and took our info, mentioning that we probably would have to pay a little more than what's on the coupon. We asked why and explained to him about our oil capacity. He got uneasy and said he would have someone else explain it to us, but that he understood. Waiting some more, I could see and hear the workers. One of them came out of the oil bay (later I would overhear this person had worked for 18 years there - probably a manager). I saw and heard him ask the initial worker for our coupon, who handed it over to him. I saw him examine the coupon and then bring up our car on the computer. He returned and said we were going to need to pay a bit more. He invited me to his computer to explain. THIS is where they got me, unfortunately and to my embarrassment: he said that they had raised their price to 54.99 recently from 49.99, and the coupon was really good for 20.00 off - and that it said so on the coupon. He said he would show me, then started patting his pockets and suddenly COULD NOT FIND the coupon. My wife and I already had been waiting 15 minutes for the car in front of us, so I took him at his word (again, MY MISTAKE, sadly), and they wound up charging 34.99 instead of the 29.99 on the coupon. When I got home, I looked the coupon up online. I have attached a screenshot of it. It clearly, clearly says "Regular 54.99". The manager or whomever he was just straight up lied to my face. For 5 dollars. Lied. To. My. Face. And this was AFTER their first attempt at an 11.99 charge about how many quarts of oil our car took. Like, both attempts, even the second, successful attempt at scamming, involved treating the customer like a complete idiot - like we couldn't just look up how our car can't take 5 qts of oil OR like I couldn't look up the coupon at home afterwards. I will leave you with this question: if this Jiffy Lube would go through THIS MUCH TROUBLE to scam me for five bucks (after a first spurned scam attempt of $12), then what are they going to tell YOU about some higher priced service? I know that quick oil change places aren't generally the best idea, and now I know why and have a reason to never visit this location. If you want them to charge you unnecessarily and unethically and lie straight to your face, then this is the spot for you! JIFFY LUBE CORPORATE: Before you respond to this, understand that I do not care at all what you are going to try to spin with your response. Anyone can look at the series of 1 star posts here with similar, if not identical stories, coupled with a corporate response saying they would call and "coach" the manager. Yeah right. They didn't change between the last scammed reviewer and this one. No one is buying your glazing. Edit in response to what Jiffy Lube said: the technician told a 2010 Nissan Versa they may need to use more than 5 qts. This is insane. Like I said, I looked it up, and when I pointed that out, suddenly they had to find a NEW way to make sure they didn't have to honor the coupon. The person said prices had gone up, pointing to the 54.99 charge as if that was the new price - it was not, and you can CLEARLY see that on the attached coupon. Again, despite how I was treated and how you are treating me with this insulting response, I am not an idiot. Hopefully, some of your potential future customers can see this and avoid a similar experience. I hope that 5 dollars that your employees bent over backwards to scam out of me was worth it!
