First of all I almost never take my car to a mechanic because I can always fix it myself but my wife was adamant about buying an Alfa Romeo Stelvio because it has red interior (lol). And we haven't had to do any kind of major repairs yet until the brakes needed to be done. We bought factory OEM brake pads and decent rotors and the entire brake job went great but there is some stupid electronic garbage on this thing that if it isn't done exactly the correct way (which we thought we had done it the correct way) will throw all kinds of codes out and even cause the brakes not to function properly. And her brakes were not functioning properly at all and we got the Christmas tree of lights all over the dash and nothing we did would fix it... Everything online says that basically the dealer has to clear the codes and recalibrate the whole damn system to make the brakes work properly and clear all of the codes. And unfortunately about halfway through 2018 when her car was built Alfa Romeo stopped allowing people to get into the ABS codes to clear those on their own so you have to take it to a dealer who has the special computer or go buy one. The closest Alfa Romeo dealer is I believe in Charleston or maybe Wilmington but either way I didn't want to drive all the way to either one of those places to get this done so I took a chance on this place. I was extremely skeptical that a place could get all five star reviews and all of them be real. I see that they have come in for at least 8 or 9 months now so that made me feel okay but still why are there only 25 reviews and how are they all 100% positive? Should I take my car here??? Well, for the first time in my life I am happy that I had to take my car to a mechanic... Here's why..... Before I took the car to him I called the day before and he said that I could bring it in the next day and hopefully he would have it done the same day. He kind of informed me that he knew about this issue after we had looked it up online and he verified kind of that it is a thing and that if it needed a simple computer reset and calibration it would be about $170. And the worst case was that it would need a full computer reprogramming which would be closer to $400. I thought maybe the brakes had some air in them so they might have needed to be bled as well.... I took the car there today at about 8:15 and dropped it off. He said he was very busy and hoped to have it done by 3 or 4pm... I live way out in Conway so by the time I got home he was already calling me basically telling me it was ready to pick up. Not only did he do this super fast for us but he only charged me 150 something bucks. He charged me less than the quoted price for what he thought it would be on the cheap end and if he was not an honest mechanic he could have easily charged me the $400 price to reprogram the whole computer and I would have had zero clue that it was done and not needed. He could have bled the brakes and I wouldn't have batted an eye at paying that extra charge as well. He could have screwed us over and we would have left there with a smile but instead he did right by us and we left there with a smile. I have multiple relatives with foreign exotic cars who I have already told that they better take their car here when it has a problem... He has MY business for as long as he has HIS business.... I believe the owner's name is Brian whom I spoke with and I'd like to say thank you... There are a lot of shops that would have taken advantage of us and it would have been so easy for you to do. You got a great crew of guys there... Keep up the good work and your little shop won't be so little very long... Oh and you also save me another day of listening to my wife complain so for that alone you could have charged me $1,000 and I would have forked it over with no hesitation, 😂.

Amazing experience! We called in the morning because our car was having problems while we were traveling and asked if there was any way they could squeeze us in. They told us to bring the car by and that they would do their best to prioritize it because they knew we were traveling. They went above and beyond and had our car diagnosed and fixed the same day! The car is back in great shape, and we are so relieved and thankful. Everyone was incredibly helpful. We truly appreciate them making time for us on such short notice. Thank you so much for getting us back on the road! Highly recommend!

Seaside Euro Mechanics was a pleasure to work with. Our vehicle(Q5) had a coolant leak and would not have survived a 7 hour drive home. They went out of their way to make sure our vehicle was repaired and ready for our return trip home by the end of our vacation. The mechanical repairs were clean, orderly and fixed out coolant problem. I would utilize this shop again without hesitation. Thanks guys!!!
