  I stopped in on Friday, May 15th, for an oil change, and during the service, my oil drain plug was stripped. Instead of being honest about the mistake, it appears the issue was covered up and not disclosed to me. A few days later, I returned because my vehicle was leaking oil. The staff supposedly checked it and attempted to clean the plate covering the oil pan. During that visit, the woman handling payments and customer information immediately told me the damage was our fault and that we needed a full oil pan replacement. This was a preventable issue that could have been handled professionally and honestly from the beginning. Instead, I am now left paying someone else to repair the damage. I am extremely disappointed with both the service and the lack of accountability. I will not be returning if this is the level of service customers can expect. At this point, I am looking for someone to make this right.

  Stopped in for a routine oil change and left with snapped off air filter housing screws on my Honda Pilot After leaving the shop- on my way home I noticed a whistling sound that would change with acceleration. When I got home I popped the hood and found my air filter housing loose, my filter oriented the wrong way and 3 of my bolts snapped off. Thinking back - I noticed when they were taking the screws off to pull my air filter out and inspect it - when I declined the replacement - two other techs came over to look at the process. They both looked at my filter housing and said nothing. They “pretended” to screw them back down and finished the oil change. Things happen right, but if something like that happens you need to make the customer aware and offer to fix the issue. But these folks decided to just pass the buck to the next shop and hope it wouldn’t be an issue. In order to fix this issue I had to drive out to Pick & Pull and get a replacement bottom housing and fix the issue myself.. I normally take my vehicle to a shop in Longs but I needed a oil change in the moment and they couldn’t fit me in - that’ll be the last time I trust another shop to do something as simple as an oil change on any of my vehicles

  Great experience at Jiffy Lube in Surfside with Max. Didn’t push to upsale but topped off my coolant and recommended wiper blades. Very nice. And I found a $30 off coupon online!

  Go to the Jiffy line in surfside. Antoine and Jessica do an amazing job with explaining and pushing extras down your throat. Also want to thank the people under my vehicle that I didn’t get to see. By far the best Jiffy experience I have had.

  I brought my car in and sent it a test on it and I needed to bring it back the next day they were very efficient when I got there they got me right in, very friendly very informative. Gave me all the recommendations I needed to further maintain my car. I would definitely recommend this site to anybody and I will definitely return
