  We were in town for a wedding and renting from Enterprise was easy we were picked up and driven to Enterprise and took less than five minutes to get into car

  I had a very disappointing experience with this Enterprise location in Myrtle Beach. I made a reservation (Confirmation #1595413626) and fully expected to receive the vehicle I had reserved. However, when I called to confirm the pick up from the hotel, an employee named Mark informed me that he would not rent the vehicle to me. I was not given a reasonable explanation, and the decision appeared arbitrary and unprofessional. I called Enterprise Customer Service and the representative mentioned he couldn't do any thing about its because it was at the manager (Mark) decision. Because I was counting on this rental for important commitments, I suffered significant inconvenience and financial losses. Having a confirmed reservation should mean something, and customers should not be left stranded because of a personal decision made by an employee. The lack of professionalism, customer service, and willingness to help resolve the situation was extremely disappointing. This was one of the worst rental car experiences I have had. I would not recommend this location based on my experience and hope Enterprise reviews how customers are treated here.

  Very nice! I had wanted an economy car . But none were available. But people were very helpful. The process is professional and efficient.

  My reservation pickup time was changed. Also, twice, the car I reserved was not available. Most likely I won’t use Enterprise again.

  Writing this review for my mom about Mark. My mom rented a Hyundai Tucson from Ohio, and we kept getting an oil change reminder during the drive. Then, once we got into South Carolina, we kept getting low tire and air pressure messages. Mark was working and very busy, but he took the time to show my mom that the oil was changed (and the button was never reset). Then, Mark arranged for my mom to take the tire to Black’s Goodyear Tire down the road. The tire place fixed the low tire and air pressure issue in less than 5 minutes. Mark helped give my mom quick peace of mind to be able to enjoy her vacation this week. Thank you so much, Mark
