I made a reservation (Confirmation #1595413626) and fully expected to receive the vehicle I had reserved. However, when I called to confirm the pick up from the hotel, an employee named Mark informed me that he would not rent the vehicle to me. I was not given a reasonable explanation, and the decision appeared arbitrary and unprofessional. I called Enterprise Customer Service and the representative mentioned he couldn't do any thing about its because it was at the manager (Mark) decision. Because I was counting on this rental for important commitments, I suffered significant inconvenience and financial losses. Having a confirmed reservation should mean something, and customers should not be left stranded because of a personal decision made by an employee. The lack of professionalism, customer service, and willingness to help resolve the situation was extremely disappointing. This was one of the worst rental car experiences I have had. I would not recommend this location based on my experience and hope Enterprise reviews how customers are treated here.
