  Today was my last time ever coming to this Valvoline. The manager, Amanda, was rude, passive-aggressive, and had a smart attitude from the beginning. Every question I asked about my car or the services being performed was met with a condescending response instead of an actual explanation. I wasn’t asking about the price, I wanted to understand what was being done to my vehicle. Repeating the total over and over isn’t the same as answering the question. They didn’t have the air filter in stock and had to send someone to another location to get it. Amanda then expected me to pay for the filter before it had even arrived at the shop. That made absolutely no sense to me. I had no issue paying for the oil change while they finished the service, but I’m not paying for a part that isn’t even to the building yet. That’s just absurd. After I told her I’d wait until the filter actually arrived, her attitude got even worse. Before I pulled off, I told them I was going to reset my oil maintenance light myself. It literally took less than two minutes, yet Amanda acted visibly irritated and impatient, as if waiting that long was some huge inconvenience. I truly don’t understand how someone with this attitude is in a management position. She was rude, dismissive, and seemed more interested in being sarcastic than helping a customer understand what was going on with their own vehicle. If you’re spending your hard-earned money somewhere, you shouldn’t have to deal with someone trying to belittle you for asking reasonable questions. There are plenty of places to get an oil change. I’d recommend taking your business somewhere that treats customers with respect. I’m not sure how long Amanda will last treating people this way, but today was definitely my last visit.

  This is the one you want. Go here. Before going here I tried the Express Oil change on McCray's Mill and the other Valvoline on Alice Drive. At both places I waited in line behind another car. At both places no one acknowledged that I was even there. At both places service was moving like molasses. I left both places and came here. As soon as I pulled up someone came out to meet me and confirm what I wanted. I pulled in and they immediately started checking things and changing the oil. Such an impressive and highly motivated team of professionals. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I will definitely go here again.

  The technicians are serious about providing a thorough quick service. The way the team works together flawlessly while adding a little fun flavor to the mix, is what I've come to expect from my Valvoline shop! Justin is helpful, considerate, and knowledgeable every time I stop in for my vehicle's service. I do not wish to ever, have to change my Valvoline shop, for any other!
