  I came in with a leaking tire and it turned out. It was the valve stem. They replaced it at no charge because I bought my tires from them. Thank you so much for taking care of me!!!!

  Everyone is so nice and worked very quickly when I went for a tire change. Karen at the front desk is the sweetest and always takes great care of me when I have to have work done on my car. Always professional and gives great customer service!

  Today I went to get 4 set of tires for my car and they were very helpful with me through the whole process I enjoyed doing business with them and I can say if you're looking for any maintenance work done with your such as tires brakes rotors brakes pad and oil change this the place to do it.

  Tried Mavis tires and brakes for the first time today, I had just come from Mysons after being told my tire couldn't be repaired, (nail in the center of tire) they tried selling me a new tire. Mavis had no problem repairing my reparable tire! Great service!I will be going back.

  Both times I have been here, I've waited well into 2 hours to get a single tire changed. Today they said they only had 1 technician and the wait would be "pretty long". Why be open if you don't have the staff. The waiting room was completely full. And then their "kids area" is disgusting, its full of toys that are covered in dirt and i wouldnt even let my daughter near it because of an infection risk. Although the prices are reasonable, simply due to wait times and unsanitary waiting area, I will not be back and would not recommend anyone to go here.
