  I know it’s been a while since I have actually written a review. But this experience motivated me to speak my mind again. Mavis Tires, I scheduled an appointment online for 3pm…I patiently sat in the waiting area for 45 minutes before I inquired about the wait. Apparently, I was told that my “folder” had been “overlooked”, while he plays on his cell phone. (So, I basically wasted 45 minutes; because someone neglected to do their job properly) No apologies, no excuses whatsoever….they just acted like it was an everyday thing. I was planning on purchasing 4 new tires here; but I refuse to give my money to any business that treats their customers this way.

  Currently waiting on my car been since 8am for a break job it's currently a quarter till 2 and my car has been elevated for an hr with no one working on it claims they're waiting on an order probably would never bring my car here again labor is expensive to be moving to slow paid over 1k and literally staying a work shift while missing mine. I dont want nobody out of shape working on my vehicle. Taking a break every 2 mins after a task. You can see in the photo im facing toward glass standing up waiting got guaranteed an hr been here for 6 no feeling how long So here's an update it's day 2 mind you day one the manager of the shop kept dragging the time back all the way until 730pm then ask me where do you live after sitting in the shop for 13 hrs. Still argues with me about what he guaranteed. So currently he told me to come at 7 am it's 809am I will update you guys when I get my car. Mind it's just a rare break job and it's going on hr 15 on 2nd day. Got my car at 145pm on the second. They did fix it just hate when anyone tells you a time and it goes way beyond the time frame then tries to argue with you about it when the whole staff and customers know you're right. A Brake job doesn't require 36 hrs of labor that's exactly how long my car was there.

  Came here to get my brakes inspected. I needed new brakes and they did them for a reasonable price. They were nice, professional, and even helped me out when I needed another problem fixed for my car, even though it wasn’t a service they do. Would recommend them for any problems with your car.

  The visit to your place of business today was so much better than the last one. I really just stopped in to get my oil checked cause I did have it changed at your place the last time. At your front desk Karen Brown was exceptionally helpful and friendly. She had Shawn Myers to come out and check my oil. He was absolutely amazing the best. He let me know everything that needed to be known in a language I understood. When he went under the hood to actually do the oil cg he discovered the filter nor the bolt had been tightened during the last oil cg at your place on a Sunday after church. He also let me know that my valve cover gasket and crank case filter needed to be serviced or replaced. Shawn was just a pleasure to do business with. He is truly an asset to your team. Ms Karen Brown front desk also took responsibility for the fact that I could have blown up the engine in my car due to the shoddy work of your last tech. She took that responsibility by not charging me for this service and that is how we do good business. Being accountable and taking responsibility when your name is on the line. Both of these employees are def an asset to your organization. Thank you.

  Morgan Jackson was an absolute pleasure to work with today. She provided amazing customer service from the moment I walked in and greeted me with a genuine smile and a great attitude. She was friendly, professional, and made what could have easily been a stressful situation feel incredibly easy. What stood out to me most was her honesty and attention to detail. She didn’t try to quote me for anything before actually looking at the vehicle, which I really appreciated. She took the time to inspect everything first, including engine codes so she could give me accurate information and pricing rather than making assumptions or trying to sell me something I didn’t need. That level of transparency goes a long way and keeps good business. The service itself was quick and efficient, and Morgan kept the entire experience positive and straightforward. She clearly takes pride in her work and genuinely seems to care about helping people rather than simply making a sale. Employees like Morgan are absolutely and EXACTLY what makes customers want to come back. Her personality, professionalism, honesty, and customer service were all outstanding. Such a grounded and kind individual. I hope her management recognizes what a great representative she is for Mavis. She absolutely deserves the recognition! I hope others have as great of an experience as I did today; Thank you Mavis and thank you Morgan!
