I was having one of those days where it felt like the universe had put my name on a special “Let’s Test Their Patience” list. Then, just to make things more exciting, my tire decided it no longer wanted to participate in being a tire. Thankfully, Karen came to the rescue. She helped me get my tire fixed, kept me from completely losing my mind, and somehow managed to make me laugh through the whole ordeal. I’m pretty sure she deserves honorary assistance status at this point. If kindness, patience, and a good sense of humor were Olympic sports, Karen would be bringing home the gold medal. Thank you for turning my difficult tire and a rough day into a reminder that good people still exist! 10/10 — would recommend Karen and the team in the back for tire emergencies, bad days, and general life crises. They all need a raise!

Service was fast and incredibly helpful, especially the front desk team! I was back on the road within an hour and at a reasonable price , which was incredible given the circumstances. Cannot recommend highly enough — and thank you again to the Mavis team!!!!!
