  Don’t ask for the manager (Traiven Maple) as he is far worse than any of the employees! Very rude, disrespectful and was aggressive towards my mother and I. It was unbelievable! My insurance had me down for a car but they didn’t have one at the time. The then proceeded to charge me for the truck instead of upgrading me free of charge as their supposed to because they didn’t have the vehicle. I asked if they could fix it and they that all I had to do was to trade it in and that they would fix it. Well I did just that and then the manager then flips this whole thing around on me, accuses me, misinforms me, and disrespected my mother. And ask me for all the information like I’m the manager! This was the worst customer experience I have ever had! Never go here!

  Tre and team are great! They are always so welcoming and accommodating!! I travel for business quite frequently, and they are by far my favorite Enterprise team!!😊

  I recently rented a mini van from Enterprise. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The vehicle was nice and extremely clean. The price was on point. I was extremely satisfied with my rental experience and would highly recommend Enterprise without reservation!

  Sumter Enterprise staff are always courteous, professional and accommodating. I recently made an error with an online reservation and they were quick and eager to assist me in rectifying my error. They always provide me with a clean vehicle and go out of their way each and every time. A big thank you and kudos to the entire staff.
