  The car i got from them today 8/26/26 only had half a tank of gas. And plus I have a headlight out on the car. Yet they was telling a guy when I was waiting for my car the car have to have a full tank of gas when you take it back. Which one is it. Im feeling like I should return it to them with the amount of gas that was in the tank.

  I think they're scammers. My insurance company paid for a rental for me but Enterprise tried to charge me over three hundred dollars for 'miscellaneous charges'. The car was clean and had more gas than when I picked it up. It became unserviceable and I called them. They said they'd tow it. So they did. Then they try to hit my card without a conversation. They send you from the local shop to corporate and corporate says call the local office. The manager at the local place said he'd get to the bottom of it, he added no charges and didn't know what it's about, but never called me back. I called back and the woman who answers their phones told me the manager got it straight and I wouldn't be charged. Now I've got an email saying it's been farmed out to collections. I dropped it off a couple of weeks ago First time in my life where a car rental company tried to scam me. Avoid the place like the plague. They're very nice at the local shop but I can't understand what going on.
