Employees are poor at every point of their job, because they are managed by someone who knows nothing about their job, customer service or respect.
They have us because they are the only gig in town. So sad. To bad Enterprise, a billion $ company can't do better with staffing and training.
Parking lot full of broke down cars, false reservations and a long list of other complaints. That's before you get your dirty vehicle, if they even have one for you.
Trash from every angle.
Updating review and taking another star away. After waiting for over an hour, not to mention showing up early in the afternoon to see if we could pick up early - only to be told NO CARS AVAILABLE, despite reserving several days in advance. To top it off, it was approaching 6pm and the front desk guy said, “yeah, not sure how we can help and other local agencies are also all about to close. maybe tomorrow…You could try the airport that is an hour away, but we can’t help confirm if there are available cars at that branch.” They knew at 4pm that cars weren’t available, and they were literally waiting for cars to be returned to flip it to waiting customers who had been there for hours, they could have shared this much earlier and allowed people to make other arrangements. But when people have limited options they don’t care. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Also want to caveat there was nothing going on in town and or crazy instance happening to make rentals scarce, this was a very much normal business day.
Cars not ready when promised. No one seems to be in a hurry. Be sure to give yourself an hour plus to account for wait times.

Do not rent from this location Trey the manager got rude with my wife because they would not put us in a vehicle. It's several vans on there parking lot and they didn't accommodate us at all. Do not come to this enterprise. Do Not Rent From This Enterprise location in Sumter, SC. Trey Do not follow company policy and is giving Enterprise a Bad Name. Do not rental from this Location. Enterprise Rental Company To Save the Quality Name that was Built around your Remove ALL Current Staff and Hire NEW!!

CUSTOMERS RESERVATIONS ARE NOT HONORED!! THIS LOCATION DOES NOT GIVE GOOD REPRESENTATION OF ENTERPRISE. CUSTOMER CALL BEFORE ARRIVING AND NO ONE EXPLAINED THAT THERE WAS AN HOUR GRACE PERIOD ON THE PHONE. RESERVATIONS WAS FOR 9AM CUSTOMER ARRIVE 10:11AM AND THAT'S WHEN ENTERPRISE EMPLOYEE MANAGER SAID WE CAN'T ACCOMMODATE BECAUSE CUSTOMER WENT PASS A HOUR GRACE PERIOD THAT NO ONE EXPLAINED WHEN I CALL BEFORE DRIVING.
