Do NOT take your car here for a battery replacement. My daughter took her vehicle in for a simple battery replacement which was botched, frying parts of her electrical system, causing almost $2,000 in damages and a week without the car while repaired. Despite requests Autozone has done nothing, which is going to lead to more wasted time and money with the court system. 6/24/26 - Canned reply received indicating they "will look into it" but the reality is that I had already written the store and spoken to the manager by phone before leaving the public review. Nothing was done before the review or after.

Terrible service here. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. This is the second time I've experienced this level of incompetence at this same location. The manager on premises by name John was overly nonchalant as I brought in my battery for charging. He told me this would take 2 hours. I was immediately taken back as it has never taken this long anywhere in creation. Next I would order an alternator for my vehicle that just didn't seem correct. The listings I had seen prior was not matching up. I had already purchased the alternator by the assurance of the team! After waiting over 2 hours for my battery to charge, Sean was asked to bring my battery to me. I then reinstalled my battery only to realize it had not been charged at all.i immediately drove over to advanced auto parts (which was the answer to the prior incompetence at the location) where it was confirmed my battery was not charged and was fully functional. Three thumbs down John and we shall await and see if this alternator is going to be correct.

My cousin had her battery tested here and they told her the battery was good but her alternator was bad. She bought a new alternator and when she took her vehicle to get the alternator put on it she was told the battery was bad but the alternator was good. The alternator could not be returned and she was out of over $600. Incompetence at its finest!
