- PTPatti ThigpenSep 11, 20263.0The only reason I’m giving them 3 Stars is because of their VACUUMS. I have had a membership at this location for 11 years now. It wasn’t always called Whistle. The staff at this location are rude. They get my now $23.00 EARLY EVERY MONTH. I use my car for work and my time is valuable. It’s important that my car is clean and I run it through at least once a week. Today I went through and my car was dry. Hardly any water on it. I went to the staff to let them know that there might be something wrong with it. The man disregarded my complaint and tried to tell me that “in this heat the bugs will stick to the car and I should run it through again.” WRONG! There was still splash marks on my doors. My tires were dirty and dry and there wasn’t even any water dripping from my vehicle when I parked to dry it and vacuum. What ever happened to the customer is always right?????
